Help-U-Sell Real Estate has been named in Franchise Business Review’s list of 2014 Franchisee Satisfaction Awards winners. This is our third year receiving such an honor. Thank you to our franchisees, who participated in a Franchise Business Review survey to gauge their satisfaction with us.

Believe it or not, it’s nearly Thanksgiving again! Where has the year gone? One thing we do know about 2013 is that it was a great time to be part of Help-U-Sell Real Estate! If we were to list everything that has made us grateful in the past 11 months, everyone’s turkey dinner would get cold. So, we limit ourselves to the brightest highlights.

What we’re thankful for in 2013:

• Our amazing new franchisees! Three of them attended the Success Summit and fit right in. We expect to see all of them on the top producers list next year.
• Our established Help-U-Sell franchisees who continue to grow and push themselves to their highest potential.
• The generosity of our Help-U-Sell family, both in sharing their knowledge and ideas with each other and in giving to the less fortunate.
• The huge turnout at Success Summit 2013 and, more importantly, the warm camaraderie and valuable learning that happened at this and at every Summit.
• Winning Franchise Business Review’s Franchisee Satisfaction Award again, thanks to our franchisees.

We are honored to announce that Help-U-Sell Real Estate has been named a Top Low-Cost Franchise by Franchise Business Review.

Inclusion in the report was based on the results from a survey of our franchisees back in January. You can learn more about that survey in a previous Connect blog post.

The report covers many aspects of low-cost franchises, including investment, market analysis, pros and cons, and what it takes to be a successful franchisee. Help-U-Sell Real Estate Receives Second Franchisee Satisfaction Award

For the second year in a row, Help-U-Sell Real Estate has been named one of the top franchises in the United States by Franchise Business Review. This honor means a lot to us because the judges for these awards are our own franchisees.

Based on the results of a survey conducted within the past two months, we were ranked 45th in franchisee satisfaction in our size category and in the top 10 in the real estate industry category. Last year, we rated 53rd in our size category.

The awards program, called FBR50, surveyed more than 26,000 franchisees from 350 companies.

Thank you to all of our franchisees who took the time to answer the survey. We love receiving your feedback, both positive and constructive, so that we can continue to improve our system.
