Serving as our host, the Carnival Inspiration will set sail out of Long Beach, California, on Monday, October 10, at 5:30 p.m. and returns Friday, October 14, at 7 a.m. There will be two ports of call, Catalina Island and Enseñada, Mexico.
We have finalized the agenda, and there will be many opportunities to mingle informally with your fellow franchisees and agents. We will also celebrate the past year and our 40th anniversary on board the ship.
Unlike our Success Summits of recent years, we’ll be spending less time in meetings, so feel free to bring along your spouse and children too. So far, 20 offices from all over the country are planning to attend. If you join us, you’ll get to meet brand-new franchisees and reconnect with veteran franchisees and agents.
Be sure to book your cabin by August 11 to be part of our group. If you have misplaced or did not receive any emails from corporate with the booking information, please contact us and we will re-send it. We will also be sending out the full agenda via email this week.

The first week of May is proving to be an eventful one for us at Help-U-Sell Real Estate. From the opening of a new office to the plans for our 40th anniversary Success Summit, things are hopping here!
New Office Opens: Welcome, Brent and Marianne Kirwan, owners of Help-U-Sell Columbia Basin! Their office, based in Moses Lake, Washington, officially opens this week. The Kirwans have decades of experience in real estate and look forward to spreading the word about the Help-U-Sell Real Estate business model and growing their office.
The 40th Anniversary Cruise Is Ready for Booking: This year, we’re commemorating our 40th anniversary with a cruise! Serving as host for our celebration/annual Success Summit, the Carnival Inspiration will set sail out of Long Beach, California, on Monday, October 10, at 5:30 p.m. and returns Friday, October 14, at 7 a.m. There will be two ports of call, Catalina Island and Enseñada, Mexico, as well as an awards ceremony, a look back and a look ahead at Help-U-Sell Real Estate, and mingling with fellow franchisees.

The great turnout for our Honolulu training and our annual Success Summit in Las Vegas. We appreciate everyone taking the time out of their busy schedules to attend these events and, most importantly, for your continued contributions and camaraderie.
The improving health of beloved broker/owner Ken Kopcho (Help-U-Sell Santa Maria), who suffered a terrible accident earlier this year. His inextinguishable spirit no doubt is helping his remarkable recovery that we hope keeps moving forward.
Broker/owners John Powell (Help-U-Sell Galleria Realty) and Jack Bailey (Help-U-Sell Greensboro) for coaching their fellow franchisees weekly. Everyone learns so much from John’s and Jack’s guidance, whether it’s teaching how to capture more seller leads or how to assist buyers.
Franchise Business Review awards. This year, we were bestowed with more top franchise accolades from the market research firm, including a Franchisee Satisfaction Award and being listed among the top low-cost franchises and top franchises for veterans.
As we wind down 2015, we look ahead to more to celebrate next year, our 40th anniversary in particular. We wish you all a happy Thanksgiving and holiday season!
We’re in the middle of day two of the annual Success Summit in Las Vegas. So far, our 40+ attendees have learned about lead generation and marketing to Millennials, how to use social media tools, and how to double your buyer side production, among other topics.
There have also been opportunities to share knowledge and ideas and just to mingle and reconnect.

Mark your calendars! The dates are set for Help-U-Sell Real Estate Success Summit 2015. We’ll be learning and mingling in Las Vegas from Tuesday, October 6-Thursday, October 8.
We received great feedback on the location and the hotel itself last year, so our host venue will be Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino again. Rates are $129 per night (not including a daily $29 resort fee, which offers WiFi and fitness center access for two). Attending the Summit itself is free of charge.
The agenda has not been set yet; we want input from our brokers to help us shape the meeting. But we do plan to have special breakout sessions geared toward agent training, so we encourage agents to attend.
To help you make travel and activity plans, we will start at midday on Tuesday and wrap up midday Thursday, with an evening reception on Tuesday.
