April put a spring in the step of several offices, who completed an average of 13 transaction sides.
1) In a three-way tie for first place, Pennsylvania’s Help-U-Sell Detwiler Realty had 14 closed sides: two buyer sides, 10 seller sides, and one dual-sided transaction.
1) Help-U-Sell Greensboro‘s 14 sides consisted of two buyer sides, eight seller sides, and two dual-sided transactions.

New Office Opens: Welcome, Brent and Marianne Kirwan, owners of Help-U-Sell Columbia Basin! Their office, based in Moses Lake, Washington, officially opens this week. The Kirwans have decades of experience in real estate and look forward to spreading the word about the Help-U-Sell Real Estate business model and growing their office.
Buyer Consultant Training Class Graduates: Five students graduated this week from the third Jack Bailey Buyer Consultant Training course. The 10-week program teaches everything from financing and construction knowledge to writing upside down and time management. The 40th Anniversary Cruise Is Ready for Booking: This year, we’re commemorating our 40th anniversary with a cruise! Serving as host for our celebration/annual Success Summit, the Carnival Inspiration will set sail out of Long Beach, California, on Monday, October 10, at 5:30 p.m. and returns Friday, October 14, at 7 a.m. There will be two ports of call, Catalina Island and Enseñada, Mexico, as well as an awards ceremony, a look back and a look ahead at Help-U-Sell Real Estate, and mingling with fellow franchisees.
