June is an exciting month. Kids are thrilled to be on summer break from school, perhaps looking forward to some fun destination vacation with the family. We get to do all of the things we were dreaming of in winter like go to the beach swim in the pool, garden, hike and bike. It’s typically a busy time for real estate transactions to take place. Undercutting that are the uncertain times presenting lending challenges and inventory shortages, which have cut into what is normally a more fruitful season.
Our Help-U-Sell Real Estate brokers are in the world inventing new ways and revisiting old ways of “throwing off the dark spots” of the news reports on real estate, and continuing to make strides for their offices.
As such, our Eagle in Residence, Jack Bailey, of Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina is back on top for June with 16 sides for the start of summer. Thriving in third place is Patrick Wood of Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California. Patrick’s team pulled together 11 sides to save Californians a ton of cash because eight were home sellers!
