These include what to provide to make showing and selling easier (a lock box, signs), how to change your mindset (your home is now a product), what to discuss with your agent (how will offers be presented?, what does the paperwork look like?), and how to choose an agent (what are his listings’ average days on market?, review testimonials) .

Mark your calendars! The dates are set for Help-U-Sell Real Estate Success Summit 2015. We’ll be learning and mingling in Las Vegas from Tuesday, October 6-Thursday, October 8.
We received great feedback on the location and the hotel itself last year, so our host venue will be Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino again. Rates are $129 per night (not including a daily $29 resort fee, which offers WiFi and fitness center access for two). Attending the Summit itself is free of charge.
The agenda has not been set yet; we want input from our brokers to help us shape the meeting. But we do plan to have special breakout sessions geared toward agent training, so we encourage agents to attend.
To help you make travel and activity plans, we will start at midday on Tuesday and wrap up midday Thursday, with an evening reception on Tuesday.
