The Nine Month Review of our Top Producers Report is like a preview of coming attractions for how the last quarter of the year will go. Prognosis: pretty good! While there were (and still are) a ton of mitigating factors to consider, our broker/owners persevered and overcame the obstacles that the pandemic created while everyone figured everything out. And you did!
It could be that our Top Eagle in 2019 might be number one again for 2020. Mario Ferrante of Help-U-Sell Metropolitan in Woodhaven, Michigan is at the top with a total of 93 sides. Spring was slower, but his team more than made up for it over the summer.
Very close behind in second place is Jack Bailey and his team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina. Just 5 sides behind first place, there is a chance they could still come out on top by the close of the year. Exciting!
Kimber Regan’s team at Help-U-Sell The Smart Choice in Hanford, California is in third place with 83 sides – again just five behind second! Five is the new magic number.
With only one tie for a change, we cut the list off at 11 for this report to make sure it included everyone who sealed a deal on 50 or greater sides in these last nine months. For our smaller offices who handle most everything and anything solo or team of two, this means that during the worst of circumstances, they continued to work around, work hard and still shine. If it averages out to one closing a week, that is STAYING busy.

On our Gross Sales Volume report, Patrick Wood of Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California soars to the top with over $44.8 million in sales. This goes along quite nicely with his 74 sides, thank you very much.
Richard Criccio and his team at Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties in Hawaii secure second place with about a million less, which sounds funny in any other business that isn’t real estate. But $43.8 million in sales is no laughing matter and neither are the 62 sides that got him there, either!
Kimber Regan’s team at Help-U-Sell The Smart Choice in Hanford, California is in third place here as well, with $19.7 million in sales. She has been having a terrific year and we’re aiming for a Broker Spotlight on her as soon as we can catch her for an interview.
