This February, once again, proves the folks on Jack Bailey’s team are doers. Shooting back to the top spot for our second month with 12 sides, the team from Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina are not just taking names – they are selling them houses. On the Gross Sales Volume report, a few interesting changes have transpired.
For the second month in a row, first place goes to Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties in Hawaii. With $2.8 million sales for the month, his year to date total so far is over $12 million. Sounds like Q1 might be looking favorable for our Hawaii team.
Coming in second place is Danny Kettle of Help-U-Sell Legacy in Layton, Utah. With $2.5 million for the month, we’d say that is a promising start.
Jack Bailey and the team from Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina stake the claim to third place by only $35,987 difference. His team finished February with $2.4 million.
