Top Producers for May 2011

Congratulations to Help-U-Sell Real Estate’s Top Producers for May 2011! We have a record number of offices in our top 3 for last month, including some newcomers.

1) Detwiler Realty, with two offices in Pennsylvania, closed lucky number 13 sides, including 8 on May 31.

2) Perennial top-3 producer Galleria Realty, Tucson, Ariz., finished second for May with 12 sides.

2) Another office frequently on the list, Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, Calif., tied for the #2 spot.

3) Part of a four-way tie for third place, Homequity Consultants, Apple Valley, Minn., had 7 closed sides in May.

3) A newcomer to the top-producers list, Honolulu Properties also had 7 closed sides.

3) Select Services is located in Fort Myers, Fla.

3) Rounding out the #3 spot, another office debuts on the list, Triad Realty out of High Point, N.C.

Help-U-Sell Real Estate continues to be innovative with our new Virtual Tour service. The Virtual Tour service is exclusively available to Help-U-Sell Brokers and Agents. Brokers can access the service via their OMS login. Each listing in the OMS has a Media tab where brokers and agents can upload and manage listing photos, videos and virtual tours. The service is offered at no additional cost to our brokers and agents, and they can do unlimited tours. The tour is a 360 degree view of a room or landscape. Tours can easily be created by taking photos every 30 degrees, then using stitching software available in the OMS to create the panoramic image. This image is then uploaded to the OMS and displayed in the Help-U-Sell Virtual Tour viewer.

Congratulations to our Top Producers for November 2011.

1) Prestige Properties ties for the number one spot this month with 13 sides. One better than the previous month where they claimed top honors as well.

1) Help-U-Sell Ditto & Assoc. breaks into the top three this month also with 13 closed sides joining Prestige Properties as our top offices for November.

3) Closing out our top three is a regular top producer for Help-U-Sell in Galleria Realty in Tucson, AZ with 11 closed sides.

January 11, 2011: OMS Upgrade – Approved Vendors Section

We have created an approved vendor section under the Marketing & Content Module. You can now view all the Help-U-Sell Approved Vendors with links to their websites. We will keep this page updated as we sign up new preferred vendors.

This update will be loaded tomorrow morning January 12, 2011.
Other updates include;

  • All new navigation buttons on the listing module.
  • We moved the Transaction History section from the Mandate tab on the listings module to the Reports tab.
  • Renamed the ‘Mandate’ tab to ‘Listing Status’
  • Fixed several 404 pages on broker websites resulted from listings that expired or was removed. The page will no longer show a 404 error page or listing not found page, instead it will redirect to your home page.
  • Updated the CMS: Removed the Style Builder and added several font edit tools directly to the main tool set.
  • Fixed property details error pages from Muscle Shoals MLS feed.
  • Fixed iFrame rendering issues in IE 8.
  • Fixed issue where incomplete listings in OMS displayed on broker website.
