Just in time for the National Association of REALTORS’ annual conference and expo, we’re advertising in “REALTOR Magazine” again. Our full-page ad will be on cardstock, so it will stand out from the rest of the magazine’s ads.

The message is aimed at potential franchisees and builds brand awareness. The main image emphasizes Help-U-Sell University, which is debuting in November. We’re also encouraging readers to visit our booth at the REALTORS Conference and Expo. Look for the ad in the next issue of REALTOR Magazine.

Mark Your Calendars for November Events

It’s only four months until our big events in November! Have you made your plans yet? If not, here’s a quick overview.

Sticking with last year’s Disney location, the 2012 REALTORS Conference & Expo is in Orlando from Nov. 9-12. We’ll have the same booth, too. If you’re planning to attend the conference, please stop by to see us (and we’d love to have you help out) at booth 619.

Note: Early bird registration ends Aug. 15, so look at your budget and see if you can fit NAR into it.

Like last year, the Success Summit will immediately follow NAR, but it will last just 1.5 days, from midday Nov. 12 through the evening of Nov. 13. We’ll be sharing and communing, learning from a few special guests and, more than likely, focusing on marketing. Our host hotel is Clarion Inn & Suites at International Drive. Attend Next Month’s Realtors Expo On Us!

Join us for the REALTORS Expo in Anaheim for free. To register, visit Realtors.org/conference, choose the “Expo-Only” pass and enter the code VIP11A1052. The National Association of Realtors expo runs from Friday, Nov. 11 through Monday, Nov. 14. You can view a full invitation with more details here. Once you’re at the expo, stop by our booth (#519) to see us!

Help-U-Sell Real Estate Success Summit Agenda

It’s still three months away, but we’re already finalizing the agenda for our Success Summit. The theme will be “Taking Charge of Change.”

Held at the Hotel Menage in Anaheim from November 14-16, the summit will be free for Help-U-Sell Brokers. The exact schedule (and a few surprises) has yet to be ironed out. To give you more of an idea of what to expect, here are the topics we have planned to discuss.

  • Help-U-Sell Real Estate’s strategic plan for 2012
  • The state of the industry and emerging opportunities
  • The Automated Agent: Practical uses of technology in everyday business
  • Creative financing and deal-doing in today’s market

We’ll also have two star-studded panels and we’ll unveil a new technology feature. We hope you can join us for our educational and camaraderie-filled three days. (The summit will begin at 2 p.m. on Nov. 14 and end at noon Nov. 16.)

If you can, we encourage you to attend at least one day of the REALTORS Conference & Expo beforehand. Those dates are November 10-14. We will have a booth (#519), and the continuing education courses are worth the visit. The early bird deadline is August 15, so register within the next week if you haven’t already.
