The results for the second quarter of 2020 are in, and there’s been a bit of a shake up! A peek behind the success reveals that our people are working hard, showing up for and innovating on behalf of their clients and it shows.
Starring in first place: Kimber Regan and her team at Help-U-Sell The Smart Choice in Hanford, California. While it is not unusual to see Kimber on our Top Producers Report, this is her first time in 2020 rising to the top. She closes the quarter with a total of 27 sides. 15 sides came from buyers, which reaffirms what we have learned about buyers during the pandemic: Buyers still want to buy.
In second place is Patrick Wood and his team at Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California. His team cleared 24 sides for the second quarter and 18 of those were sellers. The marketing efforts, in conjunction with diligent lead follow-up paid off here.
Mike Bowling of Help-U-Sell Mike Bowling in Yuma, Arizona, ties for third place with Mario Ferrante of Help-U-Sell Metropolitan in Woodhaven, Michigan. Both offices completed 22 sides for the quarter, and are in perfect “yin and yang” harmony with one another, as their buyer and seller sides are precisely opposite but equal.
Jack Bailey’s team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in Greensboro, North Carolina, makes a mark in fourth place with 20 sides for the quarter.
It is worth noting the three-way tie between Ryan Joyce’s team at Help-U-Sell Bakersfield Equity Savers, Kimberly Zelena’s team at Help-U-Sell Direct Savings Real Estate, and Danny Kettle’s team at Help-U-Sell Legacy. All three offices have 12 sides for the quarter, which averages out to one side per week. During a pandemic and times of economic uncertainty, “slow and steady” still puts numbers on the board and is worth celebrating.

On our Gross Sales Volume report, Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties in Honolulu, Hawaii continues to be our top eagle with over $13.3 million in sales for the quarter. A glance up confirms Richard’s team had 12 sides in Q2. We can safely infer that his clients saved a ton over a 6% traditional commission.
Right on his heels, with $12.9 million in sales is Patrick Wood and his team at Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California. Two is Patrick’s lucky number as he is in second place both here and on the Sides Report during the second quarter of 2020.
