The third and most major report of the year thus far: the 6-Month Review of our Top Producers Report. The order in which our Eagles appear has been fairly consistent throughout 2020, but here we are seeing that order mixed up a little. This is exactly what we like to see: as many different Broker/Owners and their teams doing well as possible.
In first place is Patrick Wood of Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties In Chino Hills, California. Amassing 56 total sides over the last six months, Patrick’s team has been quietly adding them every month and cloaking themselves in second or third place.
Second place brings us to a tie with Mario Ferrante of Help-U-Sell Metropolitan in Woodhaven, Michigan, and Kimber Regan of Help-U-Sell The Smart Choice in Hanford, California. Both Broker/Owners brought in 50 total sides.
Real estate marketing maven, Mike Bowling of Help-U-Sell Mike Bowling in Yuma, Arizona, takes third place with 45 sides. In a Power Hour, Mike shared one of his community marketing pieces that advertises several other businesses local to his office. It creates big interest for both sellers and buyers, as evidenced by the fairly even split in sides.

Patrick Wood has clinched first place again with the help of his trusty team at Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California. With a gross sales volume of nearly $33.2 million AND top spot on the sides report, it’s clear that everyone is back to business as usual.
Second place finds us with the “Aloha Spirit” of Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties in Honolulu, Hawaii. The effort of Richard’s team over six months totaled $26.4 million.
David Bartels of Help-U-Sell Full Service Realty is in third place for our half-year report with $17.6 million. David’s team offers so many amenities and extras to clients and buyers, the folks in Westlake Village, California would be hard pressed to find a better deal in real estate.
As a coalition of business owners and entrepreneurs, it is common for Broker/Owners of Help-U-Sell Real Estate to share ideas and successes with one another via the coaching groups and power hours. Now more than ever it seems important to be able to connect – virtually as we’ve always done – and take a measure of pride and joy in one another’s achievements.
