As summer officially drew to a close, the Broker/Owners of Help-U-Sell Real Estate reminded us that as the temperatures were soaring, so were home sales. Many have reported low inventory a full six months into this pandemic, with listed houses lasting just a few days on the market before being flooded with several offers.
At the top is Jack Bailey and his team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina. They had a really tremendous month with 19 sides, and 13 of them coming from home sellers. Let’s hope on Labor Day they celebrated properly by not laboring!
Mario Ferrante of Help-U-Sell Metropolitan in Woodhaven, MI, has also had a busy summer. Last month his team cleared 16 sides; For August they are in second place with 13 total sides. Summer stacked up to look pretty great.
It seems we are always finding Matt Kellam of Help-U-Sell Keystone Realty in Chambersburg, PA, in the middle of a tie. Matt’s summer has been bustling with 11 sides in July and now closing 12 in August. Sharing the third place tie is Kimber Regan of Help-U-Sell The Smart Choice in Hanford, CA. She upped the ante from July with 10 total sides and joins Matt in third place with 12 sides.
Danny Kettle of Help-U-Sell Legacy in Layton, UT, stands alone in fourth place with 11 sides. We’ve been seeing more and more of him this year.
Patrick Wood of Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California proves exactly how hot the sellers market is by having ten seller-only sides and sharing 5th place with Kimberly Zelena’s team at Help-U-Sell Direct Savings Real Estate in Waynesboro, VA.

On our Gross Sales Volume report, Patrick Wood of Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California soars to the top with over $6.9 million in sales to show for his ten all-seller sides.
Landing in second place on this report is Jack Bailey at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina. The 19 sides from his first place rank on the sides report created a gross sales of $3.3 million here!
Also making an appearance on both lists is Danny Kettle of Help-U-Sell Legacy in Layton, UT. He comes up to third place with $3.3 million in sales.
