Our top producers for last month gave new meaning to the phrase “April showers.” Closed sides poured in, thanks to the offices’ rainmakers.

1) Taking the top spot, Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties saw 21 closed sides: five buyer, 12 seller, and two dual-sided transactions.

2) North Carolina’s Help-U-Sell Triad Realty closed 16 sides comprised of five buyer sides, seven seller sides, and two dual-sided transactions.

3) Help-U-Sell Federal City closed 14 sides in April. The D.C.-based office’s closings consisted of three buyer sides, nine seller sides, and one dual-sided transaction.

4) Help-U-Sell Detwiler Realty, in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, had three buyer sides, eight seller sides, and one dual-sided transaction for a total of 13 closed sides.

5) With a dozen sides, Help-U-Sell Greensboro completed four buyer sides, six seller sides, and one dual-sided transaction.

5) Virginia’s Help-U-Sell Direct Savings Real Estate claims fifth place with 11 closed sides: four buyer, one seller, and three dual-sided transactions.

5) Tied for fifth place, Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties, out of Chino Hills, California, closed nine seller sides and one dual-sided transaction.

We had such a great turnout for the Success Summit last October in Las Vegas that we’re returning there this year.

Stay tuned for the agenda later this spring or early in the summer. We are planning on more roundtable discussions and networking opportunities, based on feedback we received after last year’s Summit. Attendees can expect to see new technology and new marketing materials and to leave with new knowledge, new friends and new skills.

The dates of the Summit are Oct. 14-16. Like last year, the event will begin midday on Tuesday and end midday Thursday so that attendees can come in on the first day and leave on the last day. There will be a welcome reception on Tuesday evening, as well as free time for everyone to mingle or explore the Strip on their own.

We have arranged for discounted rooms at our location for the Summit, Planet Hollywood. Rates will be $109 per night (not including a daily $20 resort fee, which includes WiFi and fitness center access). Call the hotel at 800-634-6661 and say you’re with Help-U-Sell to get this rate. The deadline for booking your rooms is September 12. There are some rooms available in our block starting Oct. 13, if you are arriving the day before the Summit begins.

Tiffany Johannes of Help-U-Sell Buy Today in Charlotte, N.C., had 14 closed sides in March 2014.

March’s top producers averaged an impressive 10.4 closed sides each. Let’s see who made the list.

1) Charlotte’s Help-U-Sell Buy Today closed 14 sides — 10 buyer and four seller — to finish in first place.

2) In a tie for second place, Help-U-Sell Central Properties, in Chandler, Ariz., had 10 sides consisting of one buyer and nine seller sides.

2) Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties closed three buyer sides, five seller sides, and one dual-sided transaction.

3) Help-U-Sell Hometown Realty out of York, Penn., ended the month with nine closed sides, which included one buyer side, three seller sides, and two dual-sided transactions.

3) All nine of Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties’ closings were seller sides. The office is located in Chino Hills, Calif.

Spring Marketing Postcards Co-Op

Help-U-Sell Real Estate has two new marketing postcard designs for spring. Both are geared toward sellers.

Spring brings fresh flowers and new EDDM (every door direct mail) postcards. Excel Printing & Mailing has set up a co-op for Help-U-Sell Real Estate franchisees to enable a lower cost per piece. The postcards, with postage and shipping, are only $0.28 each.

Mark your calendars! The co-op starts on Mon., Apr. 7, and ends Mon., Apr. 21. We have designed two new seller-targeted postcards. One is based on the “8 Questions Every Home Owner Should Ask Their Agent” flyer. You can customize the eight questions and localize the contact information. The other new design (pictured) promotes Market Sketch, our tool that offers real-time data on the local real estate market. A QR code will direct recipients to a page like this one. If you would like to send out the Market Sketch postcard and do not have a page set up, contact the home office so that we can create the page on your site.

Once you’ve logged into Excel’s site, you will click on Office Co-Op to see the designs, customize them and place your order. You can still order the two designs from earlier this year.

Be sure to order enough postcards for the next three months. The next co-op for EDDMs will start on July 7, 2014.
