That sentiment has a lot of well-worn similarly themed quotes it was likely predicated on, like “Make hay while the sun shines,” but you get the idea. When it gets darker earlier, we panic a little, trying to stuff as much into each day while we can because it feels later. Sometimes that nudge is what we needed to make one more effort so as to feel like we haven’t lost an opportunity to make a win.
One person who seizes every opportunity, and has continued to do so all year long, is Jack Bailey at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina. This time, the team managed ten sides in the tenth month with an even split between the two.

Third place brings us a four-way tie with five sides of piece. (See what I did there?) It might be odd, but closing an average of 1.25 home sales a week means you are doing something right. Taking back first place is Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties in Hawaii. In this month’s edition of our favorite cat and mouse game, Richard is ahead by a cool $5 million, taking the top space with $8.3 million total.
This can only mean that Patrick Wood of Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California returns to second place with $3.3 million in sales for October.
Must be California dreamin’ this month because here is Ryan Joyce from Help-U-Sell Bakersfield Equity Savers in California, claiming a “show” spot on the board here (as well as the sides report) with $2.4 million for the month.
