Top Producers for April 2018

Once again, our “top ten” list is eleven because of successful ties between offices! These teams have excelled as the top producers for the month of April at Help-U-Sell Real Estate.

Mario Ferrante of Help-U-Sell Metropolitan in Woodhaven, Michigan crushed it with the greatest number of buyer and seller sides by a mile. When asked what he was doing to make for such a successful month, Mario replied: “I just get up every day and go work. We do a lot of advertising, but there is no secret sauce. You have to get up and make it happen.”

Jack Bailey (pictured left) of Help-U-Sell Greensboro and Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties wrap up a second place with a tie. Richard has been featured prominently in 2018 thus far, with strong sales for the first quarter. We’ll be featuring more on Help-U-Sell 30-year veteran and coach, Jack Bailey later this week!

Third place is also a tie with our recent Broker profile feature, Ms. Debra Schmidt of Heritage Real Estate of Steele County Inc. in Owatonna, MN and Patrick Wood’s office Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, CA.

Help-U- Sell® Westside Realty Shatters Spring Sales With $10.5M Home Sale

Los Angeles, CA (May 15, 2017)  – It’s always brisk business at the Help-U-Sell Westside Realty but recently things have taken a decidedly sharp turn upwards at the busy Los Angeles office, where just a few days ago franchise owner/broker Henry Ho reported the successful sale of a $10.5M home in Bel Air.

“Because of the flat-fee system we use here at Help-U-Sell, we were able to save the seller well over $350,000 over the traditional commission based model, which is truly monumental savings,” said Henry Ho, who established the franchise office in 2007.

“Detractors have implied from the beginning 40 years ago that we’re just a discount broker. We are in different times where people don’t want to throw money away on outsized commissions – it’s just unnecessary. This successful sale of this home proves that our model excels just as well in the luxury home market as it does the residential,” said Robert Stevens, Chief Operating Officer.

From coast to coast, our offices had a banner month in September.

1) Way out front, Help-U-Sell Triad Realty closed four buyer sides, 12 seller sides, and two dual-sided transactions for a total of 20.

2) Taking second place, Help-U-Sell Edmond/OKC completed 14 closed sides: one buyer side, seven seller sides, and three dual-sided transactions.

3) In a tie for third place, North Carolina’s Help-U-Sell Greensboro had a dozen closed sides, consisting of four buyer sides, six seller sides, and one dual-sided transaction.

3) Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties, located in Chino Hills, Calif., helped one buyer and 11 sellers.

4) Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties held fourth place with 11 closed sides, which were comprised of four buyer sides, five seller sides, and one dual-sided transaction.

5) Minnesota-based Help-U-Sell Heritage Real Estate was part of a three-way tie for fifth place. Their 10 sides were evenly split between buyers and sellers (at four each), along with one dual-sided transaction.

5) Help-U-Sell Jeff Braun Realty, out of Wisconsin, worked with six buyers and four sellers in September.

5) Last but not least, Utah office Help-U-Sell Legacy closed four buyer sides, four seller sides, and one dual-sided transaction.

Jeff Braun and his team at Help-U-Sell Jeff Braun Realty closed 10 sides in August.

In August, the South was hot! Three of the month’s top offices reside below the Mason-Dixon line, and a few in other parts of the country had sizzling success.

1) Virginia’s Help-U-Sell Direct Savings Real Estate completed 15 sides: one buyer side, six seller sides, and an amazing four dual-sided transactions.

1) In neighboring North Carolina, Help-U-Sell Triad Realty tied for the top spot with four buyer sides and 11 seller sides.

2) Also in North Carolina, Help-U-Sell Greensboro did 13 sides consisting of six buyers, five sellers, and one dual-sided transaction.

2) Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties, breaks the South’s dominance with 13 sides. The Hawaii office helped four buyers and nine sellers.

3) Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties, in Chino Hills, Calif., landed in third place with 12 closed sides. Four buyer sides, six seller sides, and one dual-sided transaction made up the office’s tally.

4) Wisconsin-based Help-U-Sell Jeff Braun Realty‘s 10 sides were four buyers, two sellers, and two dual-sided transactions.

We also want to extend an honorable mention to Help-U-Sell Westside Realty, in the Los Angeles area, which helped a client sell a $3.1 million property.

Top Producers for July 2016

Karen Detwiler and her team at Help-U-Sell Detwiler Realty took home the gold for most closed sides in July.

If the Olympics included real estate sales, we would have had a clear gold medal winner and close contests for silver and bronze last month.

1) Help-U-Sell Detwiler Realty stands atop the podium with an astonishing 24 closed sides for July. The Pennsylvania office’s winning performance consisted of 12 buyer sides, 10 seller sides, and one dual-sided transaction.

2) Silver medalist Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties scored a total of 14 closed sides with two buyer sides, 10 seller sides, and one dual-sided transaction.

3) Only one side behind, Minnesota-based Help-U-Sell Heritage Real Estate took bronze with 13 closed sides. Broker Debra Schmidt and team collaborated for two buyer sides, seven seller sides, and two dual-sided transactions.

4) Just out of medal contention, Help-U-Sell Direct Savings Real Estate closed 12 sides. The Virginia crew’s balanced effort delivered three each of buyer sides, seller sides, and dual-sided transactions.

5) Help-U-Sell Legacy, in Utah, also had a strong showing with five buyer sides, four seller sides, and one dual-sided transaction.
