Top Producers for December 2015

Tracy Jacobs, Broker/Owner of Help-U-Sell Quad Cities Realty, and her team closed 13 sides in December.

Our top offices for December ended the year with a bang! They averaged 12 closed sides each as the calendar dwindled to one page.

1) Help-U-Sell Triad Realty wrapped up the month with 15 closed sides: five buyer sides, four seller sides, and three dual-sided transactions.

2) Alabama’s Help-U-Sell Quad Cities Realty scored a lucky 13 closed sides with two buyer sides, seven seller sides, and two dual-sided transactions.

3) In a tie for third place, Help-U-Sell Federal City Realty, out of Washington, D.C., closed 12 sides, consisting of six buyer sides, four seller sides, and one dual-sided transaction.

3) Oregon-based Help-U-Sell Select Real Estate completed three buyer sides, four seller sides, and and two dual-sided transactions for a total of a dozen closed sides.

4) Help-U-Sell Buy Today, in Charlotte, helped seven buyers and four sellers to finish December with 11 closed sides.

4) Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties also had 11 closed sides, made up of one buyer side and 10 seller sides. Two of those sales were for properties worth more than $1 million. The sellers saved tens of thousands of dollars in commission.

5) Rounding out the list, Help-U-Sell Metropolitan‘s 10 closed sides were six buyer sides and four seller sides.

Top Producers for November 2015

Help-U-Sell Heritage Real Estate's Debra Schmidt — Debra Schmidt and her team at Help-U-Sell Heritage Real Estate closed 11 sides and finished second for November.

November is a harvest month for many states, and some of our offices took it upon themselves to reap their own rewards in the form of closed transactions.

1) In first place for the third month in a row, Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties closed 14 sides, broken down into two buyer sides, 10 seller sides, one dual-sided transactions.

2) With 11 closed sides, Help-U-Sell Heritage Real Estate took second place. The Minnesota office achieved one buyer side, four seller sides, and two dual-sided transactions.

3) Tied for third, Utah’s Help-U-Sell Legacy completed nine sides: four buyer and five seller.

3) Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties, in Chino Hills, Calif., closed one buyer side, six seller sides, and one dual-sided transaction.

Top Producers for October 2015

Help-U-Sell Triad Realty closed 14 sides in October. — Help-U-Sell Triad Realty closed 14 sides in October to finish in third place for the month.

The weather may be cooling off in some parts of the country, but our offices are heating things up when it comes to closings!

1) Repeating at number one, Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties closed 17 sides, five buyer sides, four seller sides, and four dual-sided transactions.

2) Help-U-Sell Direct Savings Real Estate came in a close second with 16 sides. The Virginia office closed two buyer sides, 10 seller sides, and two dual-sided transactions.

3) North Carolina’s Help-U-Sell Triad Realty captured third place with 14 closed sides: five buyer and nine seller.

4) Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties, in Chino Hills, California, finished fourth with 11 closed sides consisting of two buyer sides and nine seller sides.

5) Help-U-Sell Central Properties, in Chandler, Arizona, closed nine seller sides and one dual-sided transactions for a total of 10.

5) Tied for fifth place, Help-U-Sell Detwiler Realty out of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, completed four buyer sides and six seller sides.

5) Detroit-area Help-U-Sell Metropolitan’s 10 sides consisted of eight buyer sides and two seller sides.

5) Located in Eugene, Oregon, Help-U-Sell Select Real Estate had two buyer sides and eight seller sides.

Kudos also go to three offices that sold properties for more than $1 million in October: Help-U-Sell Conejo Valley, Help-U-Sell South Santa Clara County, and Help-U-Sell Wright Realtors.

Top Producers from September 2015

Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties — Richard Cricchio's office, Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties, was the company's top producer for the past year and for the past month.

Last month, several of our offices ushered in autumn with a windfall. The top six averaged 13.8 closed sides each.

1) Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties closed 21 sides in September, five buyer sides, 10 seller sides, and three dual-sided transactions. The office also received awards at our annual Success Summit for closing the most sides and for taking the most new listings in the past 12 months.

2) Charlotte’s Help-U-Sell Buy Today had five buyer sides, eight seller sides, and one dual-sided transaction for a total of 15 closed sides. Appropriately, Buy Today also topped all offices for most buyer sides. It also made fourth place for overall closed sides.

3) Help-U-Sell Metropolitan wrapped the month with 13 closed sides. The Detroit-area office finished nine buyer sides and four seller sides. It took home the second-place award for most buyer sides in the past 12 months.

4) Help-U-Sell Edmond/OKC completed an even dozen sides: two buyer sides, six seller sides, and two dual-sided transactions.

4) Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties also had 12 closed sides. Eight of them were seller sides and two were dual-sided transactions. Broker/owner Pat Wood and his team earned second-place awards at our annual Success Summit for closed sides and for new listings.

5) Pennsylvania office Help-U-Sell Detwiler Realty rounded out the top producers with 10 closed sides, consisting of one buyer side, seven seller sides, and one dual-sided transaction.

Honorary mentions go to our offices that closed seller transactions for more than $1 million: Help-U-Sell Carlsbad North County, Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties, and Help-U-Sell Westside Realty.

Top Producers for August 2015

Karen Detwiler, broker/owner of Help-U-Sell Detwiler Realty — Karen Detwiler's office, Help-U-Sell Detwiler Realty, had 13 closed sides in August.

August marks the opening of the school year in many cities, while our offices continued to close many deals for their clients.

1) Help-U-Sell Detwiler Realty, out of Carlisle, Penn., had 13 closed sides, consisting of two buyer sides, seven seller sides, and two dual-sided transactions.

2) In a two-way tie for second place, Help-U-Sell Buy Today closed 12 sides. The Charlotte-based office worked with four buyers and eight sellers.

2) Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties‘ dozen sides were one buyer side, nine seller sides, and one dual-sided transaction.

3) Rounding out the month’s top producers, Help-U-Sell Triad Realty finished the month with 11 closed sides: three buyer sides and eight seller sides.
