Top Producers for April 2014

Steve Vincent of Help-U-Sell Triad Realty in Greensboro, N.C. — Help-U-Sell Triad Realty finished April with 16 closed sides. Steve Vincent is the office's broker/owner.

Our top producers for last month gave new meaning to the phrase “April showers.” Closed sides poured in, thanks to the offices’ rainmakers.

1) Taking the top spot, Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties saw 21 closed sides: five buyer, 12 seller, and two dual-sided transactions.

2) North Carolina’s Help-U-Sell Triad Realty closed 16 sides comprised of five buyer sides, seven seller sides, and two dual-sided transactions.

3) Help-U-Sell Federal City closed 14 sides in April. The D.C.-based office’s closings consisted of three buyer sides, nine seller sides, and one dual-sided transaction.

4) Help-U-Sell Detwiler Realty, in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, had three buyer sides, eight seller sides, and one dual-sided transaction for a total of 13 closed sides.

5) With a dozen sides, Help-U-Sell Greensboro completed four buyer sides, six seller sides, and one dual-sided transaction.

5) Virginia’s Help-U-Sell Direct Savings Real Estate claims fifth place with 11 closed sides: four buyer, one seller, and three dual-sided transactions.

5) Tied for fifth place, Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties, out of Chino Hills, California, closed nine seller sides and one dual-sided transaction.

Top Producers for March 2014

Tiffany Johannes of Help-U-Sell Buy Today in Charlotte, N.C., had 14 closed sides in March 2014.

March’s top producers averaged an impressive 10.4 closed sides each. Let’s see who made the list.

1) Charlotte’s Help-U-Sell Buy Today closed 14 sides — 10 buyer and four seller — to finish in first place.

2) In a tie for second place, Help-U-Sell Central Properties, in Chandler, Ariz., had 10 sides consisting of one buyer and nine seller sides.

2) Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties closed three buyer sides, five seller sides, and one dual-sided transaction.

3) Help-U-Sell Hometown Realty out of York, Penn., ended the month with nine closed sides, which included one buyer side, three seller sides, and two dual-sided transactions.

3) All nine of Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties’ closings were seller sides. The office is located in Chino Hills, Calif.

Top Producers for February 2014

Cynthia Stevens of Help-U-Sell Central Properties in Arizona — Cynthia Stevens' Help-U-Sell Central Properties office closed eight sides in February to tie for third place.

Our top-selling offices for February kept the momentum going from January. Who says this is the slow season?

1) Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties finished first with a lucky 13 closed sides: three buyer sides and 10 seller sides.

2) Virginia’s Help-U-Sell Direct Savings Real Estate came in second place for the second month in a row. The office’s 10 closed sides were composed of one buyer side, seven seller sides, and one dual-sided transaction.

3) In a three-way tie for third, Help-U-Sell Buy Today, based in Charlotte, closed a very symmetrical eight sides: three buyer sides, three seller sides, and one dual-sided transaction.

3) Help-U-Sell Central Properties, out of Chandler, Ariz., completed two buyer sides and six seller sides.

3) Also in Arizona, Help-U-Sell Galleria Realty closed three buyer sides and five seller sides.

Top Producers for January 2014

Jack Bailey of Help-U-Sell Greensboro — Jack Bailey is known for his buyer consultation. His office, Help-U-Sell Greensboro, closed six buyer sides in January 2014.

Last month’s wintry weather didn’t snow in our top producers for January! They closed an average of eight sides each.

1) Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties repeated at number one with nine closed sides that consisted of one buyer side, four seller sides, and two dual-sided transactions.

2) Help-U-Sell Detwiler Realty, out of Pennsylvania, closed eight sides: one buyer, five seller, and two dual-sided transactions.

2) Tied for second place, Help-U-Sell Direct Savings Real Estate’s sides were dominated by sellers. In addition to six seller sides, the Virginia-based office closed one dual-sided transaction.

3) North Carolina’s Help-U-Sell Greensboro, in contrast, helped six buyers and one seller for a total of seven closed sides.

Top Producers for December 2013

Jeanne Salter, broker/owner of Town & Coastal Properties in Grover Beach, Calif. — Jeanne Salter's office, Town & Coastal Properties in Grover Beach, Calif., closed 11 sides in December.

Help-U-Sell Real Estate offices wrapped up 2013 with a big bow…and an average of 11 closed sides each.

1) Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties finished the year with 15 closed sides, four of them buyer sides, nine seller sides, and one dual-sided transaction.

2) Chino Hills’ Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties placed second for the last month of the year. Its 13 closed sides consisted of one buyer, eight seller, and two dual-sided transactions.

3) Help-U-Sell Town & Coastal Properties took third place with eleven closed sides. In addition to a stellar three dual-sided transactions, the office closed one buyer side and four seller sides.

4) Help-U-Sell Heritage Real Estate, out of Owatonna, Minn., had 10 closed sides. Like Town & Coastal Properties, Heritage had three dual-sided transactions. The office’s other sides consisted of one buyer and three sellers.

5) Virginia’s Help-U-Sell Direct Savings Real Estate ended the year with nine closed sides. Two were buyer sides, five were seller sides, and one was a dual-sided transaction.

A special congratulations to Honolulu Properties, Help-U-Sell Smart Realty Pasadena, and Help-U-Sell Westside Realty for closing on properties that sold for more than $1 million.
