What’s scarier? Halloween or how fast we arrived at the end of Q3? Well, ladies and gentlemen, we get both! Just in time, too, because you just picked out the last peanut butter cup from the bowl by the front door that was “for the kids”. At least the Top Producers Report won’t make you gain weight.

Someone had a fantastic Q3, and that someone is Jack Bailey. The team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina, showed up in a big way: with 48 sides! That isn’t just winning the brass ring, it’s the factory where they make brass rings. Of the 48 sides, 33 were sellers. The marketing writes itself!

In second place is Mario Ferrante and his team from Help-U-Sell Metropolitan in Woodhaven, Michigan. 23 sides for the quarter made that possible.

Taking third place by just two sides behind is Jeff Hedberg and his team at Help-U-Sell Real Masters in Port Huron, Michigan. Jeff’s team brought 21 sides for the summer.

On the Gross Sales Volume Report, as promised…

Patrick Wood and the team at Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California, once again in first place with $16.7 million in sales for the third quarter of 2022. Strangely, this was also the sales volume that won him first place in Q2 also!

Savviest home seller, Jack Bailey, and the folks that make that office hum at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina, got serious with $12.8 million for the third quarter.

A big aloha to Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties in Hawaii. Richard’s team tag third place with $10 million for the summer. The surf is always up in Hawaii home sales.

Look who makes another appearance! Yasumi Davis of Help-U-Sell Golden Homes in Martinez, California! $7.9 million in sales for the quarter puts Yasumi in fourth place for Q3!

September Top Producers 2022

September brings so many things: the end of summer, back to school, folks picking up and moving for a new job in a different city, the impending preparation for upcoming holiday celebrations, and the closing of the third quarter of the year, just to name a few.

F. Scott Fitzgerald wrote, “And so with the sunshine and the great bursts of leaves growing on the trees, just as things grow in fast movies, I had that familiar conviction that life was beginning over again with the fall.” As always, our Help-U-Sell Broker/Owners demonstrate that conviction by continuing to do what they do best: making a name for themselves during slower times that invariably contributes to creating business whether the market is spare or robust.

The number one spot is occupied by Jack Bailey and his team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina. With 14 sides for the month, if you are not taking some home seller cues from Jack’s team, you’re likely missing out on a metric ton of potential business.

Just a few sides behind in second place is Kimber Regan of Help-U-Sell The Smart Choice in Hanford, California. Kimber’s team has been making a strong appearance on this report for a lot of 2022 and rocks September with 11 sides.

There is a big upset happening on the Gross Sales Volume report!

Coming in first place with $6.2 million in for September is Yasumi Davis of Help-U-Sell Golden Homes in Martinez, California. While Yasumi has been a regular on the Gross Sales Volume Report this year, to knock out both of our “usual suspects” to ascend to first place is worth the tip of the hat!

Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties in Hawaii takes second place with $3.9 million, lending additional proof about the Hawaii market remaining strong despite economic factors affecting the rest of the country.

Kimber Regan of Help-U-Sell The Smart Choice in Hanford, California takes third place with $3.9 million also. There was only a difference of just $55,000 between second and third place. A great month for both of them.

August Top Producers 2022

The hottest part of the year wound to a close. Jasmine Vaugh Hall thoughts on summer: “Don’t let your August be four weeks of feeling sad that fall is right around the corner.”

Reports of the slow down in many markets might be cause for some to lament, but that doesn’t deter our Top Producers from continuing to do what they do best: save home sellers money. The number of seller sides outweigh the buyer sides, which means that home sellers heartily agree.

Unsurprisingly, Jack Bailey and his team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina are in the top spot again. With 14 sides just for one month, Jack’s team has come together like the A-Team.

Just behind by two sides from another market that was “getting hit hard” and in second place is Patrick Wood and the team at Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills. 12 total sides settle the score for summer’s end.

July Top Producers 2022

Top Producers 6 Month Report 2022

“It takes two flints to make a fire,” said Louisa May Alcott. Based on the numbers, we should have guessed we’d be expecting “twins” for the Six Month Top Producers Report.

After all, these two eagles are always at the height of hustle and blazing through sales.

Sharing the number one spot is Jack Bailey and his team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina, and Jeff Hedberg and his team at Help-U-Sell Real Masters in Port Huron, Michigan. Both teams brought in 57 sides each for the six month time frame, and look well on the way to the “100 plus” mark by year end.

Just a few sides back in the second spot is Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties in Hawaii. Richard’s team cleared 52 sides, with the majority of sides coming from sellers who no doubt saved a sea of green on commissions.

Kimber Regan of Help-U-Sell The Smart Choice in Hanford, California takes third place with 52 sides. Things are supposed to be “slowing down” but not in California and not on Kimber’s watch.
