Top Producers for August 2013

Help-U-Sell Select Real Estate, owned by Lona Murphy, had 11 closed sides in August.

August’s top offices fought head to head, with two two-way ties and a photo finish for first place.

1) On top with 15 closed sides, Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties assisted four buyers and nine sellers and completed one dual-sided transaction.

2) Help-U-Sell Detwiler Realty, in Carlisle, Penn., had 14 closed sides, consisting of five buyer sides, seven seller sides and one dual-sided transaction.

3) Utah’s Help-U-Sell Legacy tied for third place with 11 closed sides: three buyer sides, six seller sides and one dual-sided transaction.

3) Help-U-Sell Select Real Estate‘s 11 closed sides were two buyer sides, five seller sides and two dual-sided transactions. The office is based out of Eugene, Ore.

4) Help-U-Sell Direct Savings Real Estate closed 10 sides, eight of which were seller sides. The Waynesboro, Va., office had one dual-sided transaction.

4) Rounding out the top offices for August, Help-U-Sell Keystone Realty, located in Chambersburg, Penn., had 10 closed sides made up of three buyer sides and seven seller sides.

Last month, three of our offices closed transactions on properties that sold for more than $1 million. Congratulations to Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties, Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties and Help-U-Sell East Bay.

We are thrilled to announce that former franchisee Greg McPherson has returned to the Help-U-Sell Real Estate family! A franchisee from 2003 to 2008, McPherson has been running an independent brokerage in San Ramon, Calif. since then. His new Help-U-Sell office, Help-U-Sell East Bay, will open this Friday, Feb. 1.

“Help-U-Sell is who I am,” he says. “It’s something I strongly believe in, and it sells itself.”

Having grown up in the local area, McPherson says, “giving back to the community is important to me. Help-U-Sell allows me to do so in a happy way. Helping people financially is a good feeling all around for us.”

His office will serve clients as far north as Walnut Creek and south to Pleasanton.

Alba Pytell, Help-U-Sell Bay Beach Realty
Alba Pytell, affiliated with Help-U-Sell Bay Beach Realty, serves North Central New Jersey.

On the East Coast, veteran Help-U-Sell broker/owner Dan Desmond has expanded his Bay Beach Realty office’s reach to North Central New Jersey with the addition of agent Alba Pytell. A long-time area resident, Pytell has been practicing real estate for four years. She joined forces with Bay Beach Realty because she has always wanted to be with a flat-fee realty. “I feel like everybody wins with Help-U-Sell,” she says.

Pytell has her own website for her territory, which encompasses Morris, Somerset and Union counties.
