Top Producers for July 2012

If last month’s top producers competition were an Olympic event, our offices would be closing sales at world-record pace!

1) Grabbing gold, Help-U-Sell Galleria Realty closed 16 sides last month. The Tucson-based brokerage closed four buyer-only sides, six seller-only sides and three double-sided transactions.

1) Also atop the podium, Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties had 11 seller sides and five buyer sides.

2) Taking the silver, Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties, in Chino Hills, Calif., closed 14 sides, 12 of them seller-only.

3) The bronze medal goes to Help-U-Sell Detwiler Realty. The Carlisle, Penn., office had four seller-only sides, three buyer-only sides and three double-sided transactions for a total of 13 closed sides.

3) Tied for third, Help-U-Sell Hometown Realty, also out of Pennsylvania, closed four buyer-only sides, five seller-only sides and two double-sided transactions.

Top Producers for June 2012

Believe it or not, the year is half over! Our top producers for June have maintained the great pace that has been set the past couple of months.

1) Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, Calif., finished June with an outstanding 15 closed sides, six of which were two-sided.

2) Charlotte’s Help-U-Sell Buy Today tied for second place with eight closed sides.

2) Another North Carolina office, Help-U-Sell Triad Realty, closed five buyer sides and three seller sides.

3) Help-U-Sell Direct Savings Real Estate, out of Waynesboro, Va., was part of a four-way tie for third place with seven closed sides.

3) Wisconsin’s Help-U-Sell Jeff Braun Realty had two two-sided, one seller-side and two buyer-side closings.

3) Help-U-Sell Keystone Realty, in Chambersburg, Penn., closed five seller sides last month with a total of seven closed sides.

3) Help-U-Sell Select Services continued its short-sale and foreclosure focus and closed seven seller sides in June.

Top Producers for April 2012

Spring has sprung strong top-two showings and a five-way tie for third place on our April top producers list.  Way to go, everyone!

1) Last month’s third-place finisher, Help-U-Sell Detwiler Realty moved to the top in April by closing 11 sides (and Karen’s branch office closed another four sides for the month).

2) Help-U-Sell Direct Savings Real Estate, out of Waynesboro, Va., first made the top three back in January and is back this month with eight closed sides.

3) Help-U-Sell Galleria Realty, in Tucson, Ariz., closed five sides to finish in a five-way tie.

3) Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties had another solid month of closings.

3) Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties, located in Chino Hills, Calif., returns to our top three.

3) Alabama’s Help-U-Sell Quad Cities is back on the list for the second time in 2012.

3) Help-U-Sell Santa Maria makes an appearance two months in a row.

Broker Focus: Patrick Wood

Anyone who has driven through Chino Hills, Calif., probably recognizes Patrick Wood’s name. He’s known for his ubiquitous signage.

“The technique that brought me huge success in my core market was to start branding my name with the Help-U-Sell Office,” says Wood, who has owned Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties since 2003.

All of his staff members have magnets on their cars that have his name and the Help-U-Sell Real Estate name, and his main work vehicle has a wrap that stands out. “The real estate signs and open house signs [also] have resulted in huge recognition, and the community has responded amazingly well,” he adds. “I constantly hear how people see my signs everywhere.”

Of course, there is more to his success than signage. Wood, whose office has closed 54 sides so far this year, emphasizes the importance of offering full service and commission savings in attracting clients. “I found this to be necessary as other agents were trying to compete with my office by suggesting the clients would have to do all the work,” he says. “The full service leaves the client satisfied, which results in referrals, so it has been beneficial.”

For new Help-U-Sell Brokers, he recommends continuing the full-service concept through to the office setup. “[In our office] a team concept has been put in place, and it provides clients with access to licensed assistants seven days a week,” he says. “Service is big, constant contact is big, working together is huge. This is a crazy, intense field and having the support of a team makes it much easier and productive.”

Top Producers for June 2011

We’re pleased to announce and congratulate Help-U-Sell Real Estate’s Top Producers for June 2011.

1) Galleria Realty had a repeat of May and closed another 12 sides in June to clinch first place.

1) Tied for the top position, Help-U-Sell Select Services moved up from last month’s #3 spot.

2) Prestige Properties remained at #2, closing 11 sides.

3) Honolulu Properties made the top 3 again with 10 closed sides in June.
