Happy 2021, everyone! Welcome to the first Top Producers list of the year. After what was likely one of the most harrowing years in recent memory, we find ourselves front and center of brand new possibilities. We know the market is still searing hot in many of our Help-U-Sell Real Estate locations. With the mortgage forbearance legislation extended through the end of June of this year (so far), we may not see a large influx of properties for sale unless something else changes. So home sellers are still enjoying a robust and competitive market when they do sell. That’s where you all come in!
We start with a gentleman who topped our list for much of 2020. Jack Bailey and his team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina, made a great post-holiday leap with 12 sides for January. A year that starts off with four closings a week can only be a sign of more good things.
Just one side behind in second place with 11 for January is Jeff Hedberg of Help-U-Sell Real Estate Masters in Port Huron, Michigan. Jeff is regularly the most prolific broker in his region of Michigan, often appearing in the top spots of the MLS. Jeff stays busy!
Third place is a tie between Debra Schmidt of Help-U-Sell Heritage Real Estate in Owatonna, Minnesota, and Patrick Wood of Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California. Both of these hard working Broker/Owners closed eight for January.
Fourth place is a three-way tie between Yasumi Davis of Help-U-Sell Golden Homes in Martinez, California, Mario Ferrante at Help-U-Sell Metropolitan in Woodhaven, Michigan, and Lona Murphy at Help-U-Sell Select in Eugene, Oregon. All three offices closed with five sides.
We had six brokers close four sides for the month, so our list goes to 13 for January. We shall consider this to be a good omen to replace any triskaidekaphobia surrounding the number 13.

For our first Gross Sales Volume report, naturally we find Patrick Wood from Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California, in our number one spot with $4.5 million in sales.
In second place is our number guy from sides for January: Jack Bailey of Help-U-Sell Greensboro. 12 sides created $2.9 million in sales for the month.
Third place shines bright not just with $2.3 million in gross sales volume, but the smiles of Michelle Morgan and her team at Help-U-Sell Real Estate Specialists in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. We are thrilled to welcome a new face into the top three this month!
