As the tenth month brings cooler weather and launches us straight into the hectic speed of the holidays, school breaks, and winter (for some), it is generally understood as normal that things slow down, real estate included. To be fair, not much has been normal in many of areas of our lives for a long time now. Cheers to our Top Producers, who are still doing great with any obstacles that inflation or interest rates toss in their paths.
Showing us how to make the fall spectacular with green is Debra Schmidt of Help-U-Sell Heritage Real Estate of Steele County Inc. in Owatonna, Minnesota. Her team brought in 16 sides, which is impressive during ANY month, but especially a “slow” one.
The eagle in residence, Jack Bailey, and the team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina, nabbed a sweet second spot with 12 sides for October.
Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties in Hawaii, secures the third spot with 9 sides in the tenth month. Oahu may not have a lot of square feet to go around, but Richard’s team is certainly covering them when they are on sale!
Fourth place goes to Mario Ferrante and his team from Help-U-Sell Metropolitan in Woodhaven, Michigan. They were just one side behind for the month with a total of 8.
The Top Producers list this month technically only goes to ninth place, because that space is occupied by a six way tie. It’s great to know our folks are still cranking out sales regardless of what the market trends say.

The man saving home sellers a metric ton of cash is Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties in Hawaii. Richard’s team crushed October with $6.2 million in sales.
Second place is occupied by Jack Bailey and the busy team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina. A month with one extra day brought in $4.2 million for their office.
Kimber Regan of Help-U-Sell The Smart Choice in Hanford, California, takes third place with $3.5 million in sales. That’s more than enough to get on the board!
