Top Producers for July 2014

Ken Kopcho, Help-U-Sell Santa Maria — Help-U-Sell Santa Maria, owned by Ken Kopcho, closed 12 sides in July.

Congratulations to our top-producing offices for July 2014! It was a competitive month. We had an amazing five-way tie for third place.

1) In first place for the second month in a row, North Carolina’s Help-U-Sell Triad Realty closed 17 sides in July. Six were buyer sides and 11 were seller sides.

2) With a dozen closed sides, Help-U-Sell Santa Maria took the second spot. Broker/owner Ken Kopcho and his staff did two buyer sides, two seller sides, and four dual-sided transactions.

3) Help-U-Sell Direct Savings Real Estate, in Virginia, wrapped up July with 11 closed sides: three buyer, two seller, and three dual-sided transactions.

3) Help-U-Sell Greensboro‘s 11 sides consisted of five buyer sides, four seller sides, and one dual-sided transaction.

3) Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties had an almost balanced month, with six buyer and five seller sides.

3) Help-U-Sell Legacy, located in Layton, Utah, closed three buyer sides and eight seller sides.

3) Out of Chino Hills, Calif., Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties completed nine seller sides and one dual-sided transaction.

4) Rounding out our top producers for July, Wisconsin-based Help-U-Sell Jeff Braun Realty closed one buyer side, one seller side, and four dual-sided transactions.

We also like to acknowledge our offices that saved individual sellers the most money each month. Hawaii-based offices Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties and Help-U-Sell Home Advisors each helped a client sell a home for more than $1 million, and each client saved thousands of dollars in commissions!

Top Producers for May 2014

David Bartels, Broker/Owner of Help-U-Sell Conejo Valley — Broker/owner David Bartels' office, Help-U-Sell Conejo Valley, closed 12 transaction sides in May 2014.

May 2014 was a banner month for several Help-U-Sell Real Estate franchise offices. The top producers averaged more than 13 closed sides each.

1) Tying last month, Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties again had 21 closed sides. They consisted of one buyer side, 16 seller sides, and two dual-sided transactions.

2) Help-U-Sell Direct Savings Real Estate, out of Waynesboro, Va., finished May in second place with 15 closed sides: three buyer sides, four seller sides, and four dual-sided transactions.

3) In third place, California’s Help-U-Sell Conejo Valley closed 12 sides. Half of them were buyer sides, and the remaining were three dual-sided transactions.

4) Help-U-Sell Greensboro closed four buyer sides, four seller sides, and one dual-sided transaction.

4) Rounding out the top producers for May, Help-U-Sell Legacy, in Layton, Utah, also had 10 closed sides. Theirs were made up of three buyer sides and seven seller sides.

Top Producers for April 2014

Steve Vincent of Help-U-Sell Triad Realty in Greensboro, N.C. — Help-U-Sell Triad Realty finished April with 16 closed sides. Steve Vincent is the office's broker/owner.

Our top producers for last month gave new meaning to the phrase “April showers.” Closed sides poured in, thanks to the offices’ rainmakers.

1) Taking the top spot, Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties saw 21 closed sides: five buyer, 12 seller, and two dual-sided transactions.

2) North Carolina’s Help-U-Sell Triad Realty closed 16 sides comprised of five buyer sides, seven seller sides, and two dual-sided transactions.

3) Help-U-Sell Federal City closed 14 sides in April. The D.C.-based office’s closings consisted of three buyer sides, nine seller sides, and one dual-sided transaction.

4) Help-U-Sell Detwiler Realty, in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, had three buyer sides, eight seller sides, and one dual-sided transaction for a total of 13 closed sides.

5) With a dozen sides, Help-U-Sell Greensboro completed four buyer sides, six seller sides, and one dual-sided transaction.

5) Virginia’s Help-U-Sell Direct Savings Real Estate claims fifth place with 11 closed sides: four buyer, one seller, and three dual-sided transactions.

5) Tied for fifth place, Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties, out of Chino Hills, California, closed nine seller sides and one dual-sided transaction.

Top Producers for February 2014

Cynthia Stevens of Help-U-Sell Central Properties in Arizona — Cynthia Stevens' Help-U-Sell Central Properties office closed eight sides in February to tie for third place.

Our top-selling offices for February kept the momentum going from January. Who says this is the slow season?

1) Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties finished first with a lucky 13 closed sides: three buyer sides and 10 seller sides.

2) Virginia’s Help-U-Sell Direct Savings Real Estate came in second place for the second month in a row. The office’s 10 closed sides were composed of one buyer side, seven seller sides, and one dual-sided transaction.

3) In a three-way tie for third, Help-U-Sell Buy Today, based in Charlotte, closed a very symmetrical eight sides: three buyer sides, three seller sides, and one dual-sided transaction.

3) Help-U-Sell Central Properties, out of Chandler, Ariz., completed two buyer sides and six seller sides.

3) Also in Arizona, Help-U-Sell Galleria Realty closed three buyer sides and five seller sides.

Top Producers for January 2014

Jack Bailey of Help-U-Sell Greensboro — Jack Bailey is known for his buyer consultation. His office, Help-U-Sell Greensboro, closed six buyer sides in January 2014.

Last month’s wintry weather didn’t snow in our top producers for January! They closed an average of eight sides each.

1) Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties repeated at number one with nine closed sides that consisted of one buyer side, four seller sides, and two dual-sided transactions.

2) Help-U-Sell Detwiler Realty, out of Pennsylvania, closed eight sides: one buyer, five seller, and two dual-sided transactions.

2) Tied for second place, Help-U-Sell Direct Savings Real Estate’s sides were dominated by sellers. In addition to six seller sides, the Virginia-based office closed one dual-sided transaction.

3) North Carolina’s Help-U-Sell Greensboro, in contrast, helped six buyers and one seller for a total of seven closed sides.
