To paraphrase a famous Rogers and Hammerstein tune, June was bustin’ out all over! Offices in eight states are represented in the month’s top producers list.

1) With 20 closed sides, Help-U-Sell Triad Realty led the way. The North Carolina office helped seven buyers and 13 sellers.

2) Help-U-Sell Detwiler Realty, out of Carlisle, Penn., tied for second place with 17 closed sides: five buyer sides, six seller sides, and three dual-sided transactions.

2) California-based Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties had one buyer side, 14 seller sides, and one dual-sided transaction.

3) Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties closed a total of 13 sides made up of three buyer sides, eight seller sides, one dual-sided transaction.

4) Help-U-Sell Metropolitan, in the Detroit, Michigan, area, took fourth place with seven buyer sides, three seller sides, and one dual-sided transaction.

5) Minnesota’s Help-U-Sell Heritage Real Estate completed three buyer sides, four seller sides, and two dual-sided transactions.

5) Help-U-Sell Peoples Real Estate, in Philadelphia, also wrapped up June with 11 sides: three seller sides and four dual-sided transactions.

6) Help-U-Sell Direct Savings Real Estate did three buyer sides, five seller sides, and one dual-sided transaction in Virginia.

6) Help-U-Sell Select Real Estate, located in Eugene, Ore., assisted four buyer clients and six seller clients.

Kudos also to all of our offices that helped clients sell properties for more than $1 million in June: Help-U-Sell Alpha Paladins Realty, Help-U-Sell Conejo Valley, Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties, and Help-U-Sell Tri-Valley Homes.

Top Producers for March 2016

March Madness translated into major success for a few of our offices. Six of them scored 10 or more closed sides each.

1) Help-U-Sell Greensboro, in North Carolina, took the crown for March with 17 closed sides, consisting of four buyer sides and 13 seller sides.

2) Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties tied for second place by completing three buyer sides, 10 seller sides, and one dual-sided transaction for a total of 15 closed sides.

2) Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties, based in Chino Hills, Calif., had one buyer side, 12 seller sides, and one dual-sided transaction.

2) Also with 15 sides, Oregon’s Help-U-Sell Select Real Estate did four buyer sides, seven seller sides, and two dual-sided transactions.

3) Help-U-Sell Direct Savings Real Estate‘s 12 closed sides were a mixed bag. The Waynesboro, Va., office closed two buyer sides, six seller sides, and two dual-sided transactions.

4) North Carolina-based Help-U-Sell Triad Realty rounded out the list with 10 closed sides: two buyers, six sellers, and one dual-sided transaction.

A special congratulations to Help-U-Sell Conejo Valley and Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties for assisting sellers with $1 million-plus transactions.

On-the-Ground Marketing

Online marketing may be growing in popularity, but, especially in real estate, old-fashioned, on-the-ground marketing is still powerful. It helps you to be seen and interact with your people in your community and enables you to build relationships with them face to face.

A few of our offices have recently implemented marketing tactics that increase their visibility in their markets.

Help-U-Sell Conejo Valley wrapped a moving truck with their logo, contact information, and marketing messages. The truck is available for their clients’ use, and when it’s not helping someone move, it’s parked strategically for high impact.

Help-U-Sell Dream Homes set up a tent in its parking lot in front of a popular car wash to be able to introduce themselves to potential clients and answer questions about how the brokerage can save sellers money and help buyers secure a mortgage.

Help-U-Sell Options Unlimited has increased its brand awareness in its hometown of Terre Haute, Ind., by marching in the city’s annual Labor Day parade. Read more about it here.

Top Producers for May 2014

May 2014 was a banner month for several Help-U-Sell Real Estate franchise offices. The top producers averaged more than 13 closed sides each.

1) Tying last month, Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties again had 21 closed sides. They consisted of one buyer side, 16 seller sides, and two dual-sided transactions.

2) Help-U-Sell Direct Savings Real Estate, out of Waynesboro, Va., finished May in second place with 15 closed sides: three buyer sides, four seller sides, and four dual-sided transactions.

3) In third place, California’s Help-U-Sell Conejo Valley closed 12 sides. Half of them were buyer sides, and the remaining were three dual-sided transactions.

4) Help-U-Sell Greensboro closed four buyer sides, four seller sides, and one dual-sided transaction.

4) Rounding out the top producers for May, Help-U-Sell Legacy, in Layton, Utah, also had 10 closed sides. Theirs were made up of three buyer sides and seven seller sides.

Congratulations to all of our top producers and a special nod to Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties for selling two properties for more than $1 million each and saving their clients thousands of dollars in commissions!

Help-U-Sell Family Gatherings

Several Help-U-Sell Real Estate franchisees from Southern California attended a training day in Irvine, Calif., in March.

Last week, Help-U-Sell Real Estate franchisees from Southern California gathered to network and connect in Irvine, Calif. The home office’s Ron McCoy led the group, which included owners of Help-U-Sell Advance Realty, Coast and Valley, Conejo Valley, Distinctive Homes, Flint Realty, Irvine, Riverside Realty, Santa Maria, Sunrise, and Wright Realtors.

One attendee raved about the meeting, saying it was full of “really meaningful content.”

If you missed the gathering, don’t worry. You can join us for our annual Success Summit this fall! Brokers and agents from the entire country will get together for a few days of learning, networking, and enjoying each other’s company.

Last year, we had a phenomenal turnout and, by all accounts, it was worth attending. One Summit-goer wrote about his experience, “Here we can give and receive; we benefit from the experience of others; we establish and renew friendships; we participate in a generosity of spirit evidenced by a desire to help everyone else. You can’t get it from a book. You can’t get it from a webinar. You have to be there.”
