Help-U-Sell Options Unlimited Marches in Labor Day Parade

An eight-foot Help-U-Sell Real Estate banner led the Army of Red.

Help-U-Sell Options Unlimited‘s broker/owners Brenda and Robert Fischer love giving back to their community, and one of their favorite traditions is to march in the annual Terre Haute Labor Day parade. One of 48 entrants in the parade, the Fischers’ “Army of Red” consisted of more than 40 people all dressed in red Help-U-Sell Real Estate T-shirts. Family, friends, and past clients all handed out more than 2,500 informational cards explaining how Help-U-Sell Options Unlimited helps sellers save money. Two red trucks and five wagons/strollers with Help-U-Sell Real Estate signs accompanied the walkers, who carried an eight-foot banner.

Help-U-Sell Options Unlimited's 'Army of Red,' made up of staff, family, and past clients, marched in the Terre Haute Labor Day parade earlier this month.

“It was a lot of fun,” says Brenda Fischer. “We handed out over 6,600 pieces of candy.” The Labor Day parade is a perfect fit for Help-U-Sell Options Unlimited because “We want to support the ‘Labor Force’ and to give them an alternative to the ‘normal’ 6 to 9 percent real estate commission, in order for them to sell their homes,” she says.

Video: Why Percentage-Based Commissions Don’t Make Sense

At Help-U-Sell Real Estate, we believe there’s a more fair way to charge our clients when we sell their homes than the traditional percentage-based commission. To explain our system and the way many traditional brokerages work when it comes to commission structure, we’ve created an informative video.

Watch this video:

    * if you want to know how your commission gets distributed when you sell your house.
    * if you want to learn about a real estate business model that’s still full-service but can save you thousands of dollars.
    * if you’re a broker or an agent in search of a better way to work with clients and differentiate yourself.

Car Wraps Can Drive Lead Generation

Help-U-Sell Real Estate Car Wrap Designs
Help-U-Sell Real Estate unveils new car wrap designs.

What’s better than a billboard advertising your office? How about a moving vehicle that goes where you go, or that could be parked in various high-visibility locations around town? We have worked with our on-demand print vendor, Alexander’s Print Advantage, to create new car wrap designs that can be adapted to any make or model.

The designs come in three coverage options for now. The cost increases with the amount of surface that is decorated, and the size of the vehicle also affects the price. Alexander’s will print the design and ship to the customer’s local installer, which Alexander’s can help the customer select.

After a trial run with the first three customers, Alexander’s plans to automate the ordering process on its website. If you are a Help-U-Sell Real Estate franchisee or agent and want to participate in the trial run, call or email us.
