October Top Producers 2021

October is the gateway month that closes the door on the very last fleeting moments of summer weather, and opens the floodgates to all of the holidays. Just as people gear up for Halloween, the planning and preparation for every other holiday is swirling around the stores and our lives begging for attention. Somehow folks are still buying and selling houses in a speedy fashion, and the Broker/Owners from our Help-U-Sell Real Estate family are still helping clients make it happen and save thousands while they are at it.

As has been the trend for much of 2021, Jack Bailey and his trusty team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina are leading the charge to first place with 18 sides for October alone. Always an ace!

Surging to second place is Debra Schmidt at Help-U-Sell Heritage Real Estate of Steele County in Owatonna, Minnesota. Missing the top spot by just one side with 17, we’d love to see her crew take center stage for the November report! So very close!

Third place brings us three winners. Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties of Oahu, Hawaii, Mario Ferrante of Help-U-Sell Metropolitan in Woodhaven, Michigan, and Jeff Hedberg of Help-U-Sell Real Masters of Port Huron, Michigan, all share 11 sides.

It wouldn’t be a Gross Sales Volume report without our other favorite face, Patrick Wood from Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California. Patrick’s team takes second place with $6.5 million.

In third place is the Ever-Eagle, Jack Bailey at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina with $4.6 million for October.

9 Month Top Producers Report 2021

We have arrived at the Nine Month Top Producers report. Nine months disappeared in a flash, and that is pretty frightening! Very appropriate for a Halloween posting.

In first place by a landslide is Broker/Owner Jack Bailey, with the team running breakneck speeds at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina. Jack and company have been showing up strong for the majority of 2021. With three months left in the year, we don’t see them slowing down a bit.

88 sides landed Mario Ferrante of Help-U-Sell Metropolitan in Woodhaven, Michigan in second place. Always circling around the top three, Mario’s team continues to make strong efforts that produce big numbers.

Trailing behind by just eight fewer sides is Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties of Oahu, Hawaii. 80 even sides, but with more than 60 of them coming from sellers? Honolulu home sellers know the real deal when it comes to saving money.

The Gross Sales Volume Report puts several Eagles in very familiar company.

The market in Chino Hills, California is always running in high gear, which is why we usually see Patrick Wood of Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in the top spot. He ends the nine month mark with $60.6 million in sales.

Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties of Oahu, Hawaii, takes second place on this list also. Nine months has his team recording $53.4 in sales. That’s a lot of puka shell necklaces.

The busiest coach in the entire organization,Jack Bailey, and the team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina, helped close nine months at $32.5 million.

This list includes up to the $12 million mark, because 1) it’s a metric ton of money, that 2) represents an enormous amount of hard work, especially in markets where the median prices of homes are significantly less than in states like Hawaii and California. Hard work that pays off deserves to be recognized!

Top Producers Six Month Report 2021

Six months is a substantial amount of time; When the second quarter of the year has closed, it is an excellent time to take a critical look at the business plan you wrote for 2021 and see how your work stacked up against your results. When you double the numbers you have from June, would you be happy with the outcome in December? If yes, good for you! If no, then perhaps the Power Hour with James Dingman and John Powell could be a source of ideas, inspiration, and guidance on tweaking daily practices for a better outcome.

One of the happiest Broker/Owners we know is, of course, Jack Bailey and his team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina. At the close of June, Jack’s team cleared 87 sides so far. As one of our longest tenured offices, Jack’s business has evolved over time from several different business models. If you find yourself a bit flustered trying to maximize earning potential in your market, there is an excellent chance that he could point you in a helpful direction. The numbers don’t lie!

On the Gross Sale Volume Report, Patrick Wood of Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California snags the 6 month lead away from Richard Cricchio. Patrick’s team finished first with just over $40.1 million in sales.

Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties takes second place with $34.5 million. This is a surprising development considering Richard has been in first place for most of 2021, but cumulative numbers can sneak up on you.

Third place brings us back to Jack Bailey and Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina. Those 87 sides from first place translated into $19.9 million in sales.

The astonishing part about these numbers is if you take just our top three eagles and total the money, you get $94,523,286. A traditional 6% commission on all that would have been $5,671,397. That is a seller savings that literally writes the advertising for you. Use it liberally!

April 2021 Top Producers

In northern regions of the country, April is often a wildly inconsistent month for weather. Folks are wearing shorts on a sunny 65 degree one day, followed by a blizzard delivering four feet of snow to the front door on the next.

Jack Bailey of Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina is our blizzard in April. Not only is Jack’s team in first place, they supercharged the numbers for the month, surging ahead to come in at 20 total sides. With 14 of those being seller sides, it’s smart to pay attention to his game plan.

Tying up second place together with 10 sides each is Danny Kettle of Help-U-Sell Legacy in Layton, Utah, and Patrick Wood of Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California. Danny’s team has been a regular on the Top Producers for a while but this is the highest ranking so far!

In third place is Jeff Hedberg of Help-U-Sell Real Estate Masters in Port Huron, Michigan. With 9 sides for the month of April, Jeff’s team is regularly among the busiest brokers in the region.

There is another two way tie for fourth place, and four-way tie for fifth place. Too many to list here, which is a very good thing.

It seems like Patrick Wood in Chino Hill, California, is almost always at the top of our Gross Sales Volume report. This month is no different with the team at Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties registering $7.3 million in sales just for April alone.

With just a difference of $412,090, Richard Criccio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties takes third place with $4.3 million.

Top Producers Q1 2021

The first quarter of 2021 sped by in a flash when compared to the slow and apprehension-filled lag we were experiencing at this same time last year. While 2020 was an exciting year for real estate, and virtually very few other industries, it is wonderful to see life returning to some semblance of normal now that everyone is closer to being broadly vaccinated and businesses are opening up and getting busy again.

As ever, Jack Bailey of Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina, illustrates why he is a favored coach, occasional Power Hour guest star, community teacher to vanquish debt, AND an incredibly busy Broker/Owner. Parked in the number one spot for quarter one with a substantial lead, Jack’s group managed to turn in 41 sides.

Patrick Wood of Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California, was number one for our March Top Producers report and that busy month boosted him and his team to second place for the first quarter of 2021 with a total of 29 sides.

Missing a tie by just one side is our other ultra-busy bee in Port Huron, Michigan: Jeff Hedberg of Help-U-Sell Real Estate Masters. Closing the quarter with 28 sides, we bet we will be seeing him in the top three for most of the year if this momentum keeps pace.

Patrick Wood of Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California, once again takes the brass ring on our Gross Sales Volume report. Clocking in with $21.9 million for the quarter, he proves that Californians are always eager to keep equity on their home sales.

Mimicking the March report exactly is Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties. In the first quarter, Richard and his team closed with $13.5 million in sales, illustrating that Honolulu home sellers love saving as much as they love gorgeous weather.

Jack Bailey of Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina makes another appearance as the longest tenured Help-U-Sell Real Estate ambassador with $9.3 million for the quarter.

It’s worth noting Yasumi Davis did exceptionally well for the quarter as well as for March with $6.4 million in sales. Her small but incredibly mighty office is Help-U-Sell Golden Homes in Martinez, California.
