Number one is naturally Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties in Hawaii. Richard’s team pulled off the top spot with $9.3 million in sales for June. Their office is $5 million ahead. It’s amazing how the demand on the island stays constant with these types of numbers.
Patrick Wood and the team at Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California take second place with $4.2 million in sales for our sixth month.
With just a few hundred thousand between second and third place is Jack Bailey at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina. $4 million in the result of those 13 sides!
This report is going to 15 offices for June, because demonstrating this many offices having over $1 million in gross sales volume while there are a metric ton of reports about a slow down, illustrates that many folks are still making it happen regardless of statistics.
