The Nine Month Top Producers Report is a combination of a “Preview of Coming Attractions”, the culmination of hard work throughout the year, and a confirmation that your business plans made in the previous December are worth repeating (or adjusting with James in the next Power Hour).

If you have been paying attention throughout 2022, you won’t be surprised to learn that the eagle in the top spot is going to be Jack Bailey. His team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina, is having a GREAT year with 105 sides to prove it. 

Jeff Hedberg and his team at Help-U-Sell Real Masters in Port Huron, Michigan are in second place with 88 sides for the Nine Month Report. Jeff is often in the top spot for Brokers in his region, and has made a huge dent in the Michigan market ever since relocating back there from Florida a few years ago. 

Just four sides behind in third place is Kimber Regan of Help-U-Sell The Smart Choice in Hanford, California. With 84 sides at the nine month mark, it seems probable she will make 100 sides this year. Certain pockets of California, like Kimber’s, defies what trends are prevalent in other regions.

Speaking of defying market trends, here is Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties in Hawaii in fourth place. Richard’s team landed 65 sides by the end of September. 

If anyone needs more evidence that the Help-U-Sell system works great for home sellers, take a look at the seller sides column compared to the buyer sides column. In every instance showcased here, you will find the left column far outweighs the right column. Knowledge and education make Help-U-Sell an easy “yes” for home sellers. Our Top Producers did a fantastic job.

For this particular edition of the Gross Sales Volume report, we are offering a slightly different view of the data, as a means to provide the ability to spot trends between the quarters amongst our number crunchers. 

Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties in Hawaii takes the lead on this report. This was earned over 57 million times because the 9 month total is just over $57 million dollars! A tiny bit of land in a place with a limited quantity of it (and is beautiful and temperate to boot), is likely a good reason Richard’s team stays so busy. Saving home sellers a metric ton is another good one.

Patrick Wood and the team at Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California, steered into second place with $45.6 million in sales for the nine month review. 

Staking out a place in third place is Jack Bailey and the team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina. Apparently 107 sides earns a very cool $30.4 million in gross sales volume sales. 

Kimber Regan of Help-U-Sell The Smart Choice in Hanford, California, takes fourth place with $29.6 million in sales, which pairs nicely with her 84 sides from her and her team.

We’re taking this report to 14 places, so that we may tip the hat to the smaller offices that are clearly doing things right and making sales happen no matter what interest rates are looking like. 

“It takes two flints to make a fire,” said Louisa May Alcott. Based on the numbers, we should have guessed we’d be expecting “twins” for the Six Month Top Producers Report.

After all, these two eagles are always at the height of hustle and blazing through sales.

Sharing the number one spot is Jack Bailey and his team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina, and  Jeff Hedberg and his team at Help-U-Sell Real Masters in Port Huron, Michigan. Both teams brought in 57 sides each for the six month time frame, and look well on the way to the “100 plus” mark by year end. 

Just a few sides back in the second spot is Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties in Hawaii. Richard’s team cleared 52 sides, with the majority of sides coming from sellers who no doubt saved a sea of green on commissions. 

Kimber Regan of Help-U-Sell The Smart Choice in Hanford, California takes third place with 52 sides. Things are supposed to be “slowing down” but not in California and not on Kimber’s watch.

Meanwhile, on the Gross Sales Volume report…

Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties in Hawaii is “Captain Wow”. With an absolutely astonishing lead of over $18 million dollars, our most recurrent eagle on this report brings in over $46 million at the half-year mark. 

Who would doubt that second place would be anyone other than Patrick Wood and the team at Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California? With $28 million at the six-month mark, Patrick’s pocket of California performs as it has for years: perfectly. 

Greensboro is only a little over an hour away from Mayberry (aka Mount Airy), but Jack Bailey and his team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina prove their corner of the south is just as sweet of a place to live, closing the half-year with over $17 million in gross sales.

To celebrate the achievemetns of our smaller offices, this list also includes offices whose sales total over $6 million for the half year mark. THAT IS A LOT! Especially in smaller markets and shoe-string markets where some of you are running one and two person shows. You are tremendous.

So, um, wow! Is 2022 really already half over? Place your predictions and bets now for what strange news and twists the market will bring us for Q3 and Q4. Hold on to your hats, we suspect more plot twists!
