Success Summit Update

Help-U-Sell Real Estate Success Summit — The third annual Help-U-Sell Success Summit will cover marketing, technology and coaching topics as selected by our brokers.

As many of you know, our third annual Success Summit will take place from October 22-24 in Las Vegas. Read more about it, including how to book your hotel rooms, in an earlier Connect post.

Who’s Coming

So far, we have about 30 registered attendees from coast to coast: Virginia and North Carolina to Arizona and California. If you have not yet registered, please do so at seminars.helpusell.com.

What’s on the Agenda

The survey results are in! Thank you all for responding to the Summit Survey. In the coming weeks, we will flesh out the agenda. Based on your input, topics will include:

* brainstorming new marketing materials
* creating your marketing plan and analysis
* optimizing your Facebook business page
* generating web leads
* creating drip email campaigns
* taking your business to the next level
* troubleshooting your office

Many of you told us that learning from your fellow Help-U-Sell brokers was highly important, so we will also set aside time for fluid, purposeful networking conversations.

Make Plans to Attend the Help-U-Sell Success Summit 2013

Flamingo Las Vegas — This year's Help-U-Sell Success Summit will be held at Flamingo in Las Vegas from Oct. 22-24.

This year’s Success Summit will take place in Las Vegas, and you can bet it will be an event you won’t want to miss!

We are still working on the Summit agenda, but this year we will have interactive breakout sessions in addition to the general sessions. Expect surprises that you will have to be in attendance to experience!

The dates of the Summit are Oct. 22-24, beginning midday Oct. 22 and ending midday Oct. 24. We have a block of rooms at the historic Flamingo, where the seminar will be held. Rates will be $55 per night. Call the hotel at 888-373-9855 and say you’re with the Help-U-Sell Success Summit to get this rate. The deadline for booking your rooms is September 21. There are some rooms available in our block starting Oct. 21, if you are arriving the day before the Summit begins.

We’re Gearing Up for Fall

It may be only May, but we’re already making plans for our fall tour de force. This year, we’re exhibiting at two state/regional Realtor expos, in addition to our booth at the REALTORS Conference & Expo. Our annual Success Summit, which is free for our franchisees and their agents to attend, will take place in Las Vegas in October.

This Thursday is when we give thanks for everything good in our lives and sit down to a huge feast. We’re starting the gratitude part a couple of days early. There’s so much for Help-U-Sell to be thankful for in 2012!

Help-U-Sell Success Summit 2012

We’re just back from the 2012 Help-U-Sell Success Summit, and the REALTORS Conference & Expo leading up to it. By all accounts, both were a great success! We loved seeing our brokers from all over the country. Several of them (Kim and Mike Zelena, Leigh Anne Losh, Kyna Baehr, and Walt Hippauf) drove hundreds of miles to be with us in Orlando.

Thank you to everyone who spent time at our expo booth. Your testimonials to prospective franchisees are more powerful than just about anything we can say to them or show them. A special thank-you to Dan Desmond, who made the trek from storm-damaged New Jersey to help out at the Expo and to attend the Summit.

We hope all who attended the Success Summit got some great takeaways. The hands-on approach and interactive discussions about OMS and website requests and your fee structures taught us, too. We also talked about partnering with a wonderful charity that gives food to the hungry and about adding a potential vendor to our program. As we get closer to finalizing those partnerships, we will keep you informed.

Those of you who couldn’t make it this year, please mark your calendars and start saving now for the 2013 events in San Francisco. The NAR dates are Nov. 8-11, and we will have our Success Summit immediately following. We’ll provide more information in the months to come.
