Help-U-Sell Real Estate Earns Top Franchise Honors

Help-U-Sell Real Estate has been named a Franchisee Satisfaction Awards winner by Franchise Business Review for the fourth consecutive year! And, we’ve improved on our ranking to finish fourth among all real estate franchise companies whose franchisees were surveyed. We want to say thank you to our franchisees for taking the time to participate and for giving us such positive feedback!

For the fourth year in a row, Help-U-Sell Real Estate has been named a top franchisee by Franchise Business Review.

In response to the award, Ron McCoy, our vice president of business development, said: “I couldn’t be more proud of our achievement in ranking among the top five in the real estate category this year. Sure, we’ve got some of the best tools, systems, and technology in the industry, but this honor is more about our people.”

Top Producers for December 2014 (and for the Entire Year)

Richard Cricchio's office, Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties, finished the month and the year as the company's top producer.

The year wrapped up with shining results for many of our offices.

1) Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties said goodbye to 2014 with 18 closed sides, composed of two buyer, 14 seller, and one dual-sided transaction.

2) Help-U-Sell Direct Savings Real Estate, in Waynesboro, Va., completed a lucky 13 sides. Three buyer sides, six seller sides, and one dual-sided transaction made up the baker’s dozen.

3) Charlotte-based Help-U-Sell Buy Today came in third with 11 sides: three buyer and eight seller.

4) Rounding out the top producers for December, Help-U-Sell Hometown Realty, out of York, Pa., had two buyer sides, four seller sides, and two dual-sided transactions for a total of 10 closed sides.

We also want to call out two of our offices that helped their clients sell homes for more than $1 million: Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties and Help-U-Sell Westside Realty, in Los Angeles.

Nationwide in 2014, our offices saved their sellers more than $19 million in commissions (as compared to a 6% commission).

We are pleased to announce our top five offices for the entire year, two of which were the top 2 in December.

New Year, New Markets

Whether you are planning to expand into new markets this year or you’re a new office, we have created a new postcard for you to announce your debut in an area. The “Now in Your Neighborhood” design is available through our print vendor Excel Printing & Mailing.

The new postcard is available as an EDDM (every door direct mail) item, so you can target a specific area to receive the mailing. Excel Printing & Mailing has set up a co-op for Help-U-Sell Real Estate franchisees to enable a lower cost per piece. The postcards, with postage and shipping, are only $0.28 each.

Once you’ve logged into Excel’s site, you will click on Office Co-Op to see all six of the available designs, customize them, and place your order. The co-op ends Mon., Jan. 19.

Be sure to order enough postcards for the next three months. The next co-op for EDDMs will start in April.

Top Producers for November 2014

Help-U-Sell Distinctive Homes broker/owner Marty Castro donates $100 from each transaction to a local charity. His office closed 12 sides in November.

As the year winds down, our franchise offices show no signs of slowing production! They continue to help their client buy and sell homes and save money in the process. Here are our top producers for November 2014.

1) Sitting at the #1 spot again, Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties closed a lucky 13 sides, two buyer sides and 11 seller sides.

2) Close behind with a dozen sides, Help-U-Sell Distinctive Homes in San Diego kept things symmetrical with three buyer sides, three seller sides, and three dual-sided transactions. Broker/owner Marty Castro donates $100 from every closing to his local Big Brothers Big Sisters chapter, so he also made a $1,200 contribution last month. Way to go, Marty!

2) Tied for second place, Chino Hills’ Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties finished the month with two buyer sides, six seller sides, and two dual-sided transactions.

3)Help-U-Sell Detwiler Realty, in Carlisle, Penn., closed 10 sides: one buyer, five seller, and two dual-sided transactions.

3) Completing our list for November, Detroit-area Help-U-Sell Metropolitan had six buyer sides, two seller sides, and one dual-sided transaction.

We also want to give an honorable mention to our offices that helped clients sell properties for more than $1 million, saving the sellers thousands in commission. Great work, Help-U-Sell Action Properties, Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties and Help-U-Sell Westside Realty.

What We’re Thankful for in 2014

It’s becoming an annual tradition to recount what has made us grateful in the past 12 months during Thanksgiving week. Many of the items on our list this year remain the same as last year, and we couldn’t be happier that we can repeat ourselves. It was another stellar year for Help-U-Sell Real Estate, and our fabulous franchisees had a great deal to do with our continued success, as always.

What we’re thankful for in 2014:

    * Our enthusiastic new franchisees! We are so glad they have joined the Help-U-Sell Real Estate family, and we look forward to watching them develop their businesses into dominant brokerages.
    * Our veteran franchisees! They are so willing to share their expertise with their fellow family members and have persevered through the tough times to see incredible growth network-wide this past year. We see more on the horizon for 2015.
    * The great participation at the Success Summit again and, more importantly, the genuine fellowship and valuable learning that happened at this and at every Summit.
