“The odd uneven time” might be how people are describing the current state of the real estate market. Many buyers are postponing buying a house. Many sellers are deciding to stay put a while longer; This is in conjunction with general concerns about the economy, and with mortgage interest rates specifically. Regardless of mixed news and grayish tidings, that news does not deter our Top Producers from carrying on with their best practices for maintaining constant communication with past sellers and buyers, and creating leads that pay off into sales.    

When you are great at what you do, you do not sweat the news. No one has fine tuned this sentiment into sales better than Jack Bailey at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina. Jack and his trusty team finished August on top with 18 total sides.

Taking second place for a second consecutive month is Mario Ferrante from Help-U-Sell Metropolitan in Woodhaven, Michigan. Mario and his team come in with eight sides for the eighth month. 

In third place is Debra Schmidt of Help-U-Sell Heritage Real Estate of Steele County in Owatonna, Minnesota. The Minnesota team made the board with five sides for August. 

With four teams coming in with a tie for fourth place, the Help-U-Sell family offices are determined to march forward and make valuable efforts that pay off.

On the Gross Sales Volume report, there is a little of everything. 

With 18 sides from the first report, it’s no surprise to see Jack Bailey at the top spot here as well. The busy team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina took a vote and decided they would crush the close of summer with $6.5 millions in sales. 

In second place we find Patrick Wood of Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California. His team finished the summer with $3.4 million. 

We are back to the islands for third place.

Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties in Hawaii completes the endless summer with $2.9 million. 

Plenty of offices in the Help-U-Sell family had million dollar months, and a couple of “pretty close” to a million, too. We continue to salute and celebrate the hard work you’ve made happen. 

For the last quarter of 2022, it seemed like much of the world was holding its breath while we waited for the fallout of rising mortgage interest rates and inflation. Those ripples came, making it harder for folks to get into the housing market against so many other competing interests and concerns. Ultimately, people still need to move and when they are ready to sell and buy houses, our experts next door from Help-U-Sell Real Estate have been there. 

Who amongst our Broker/Owners has “been there” the most? Jack Bailey. The finely tuned team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina finishes on top for Q4 by racking up 40 total sides. Jack is a man with a business plan! If you’re not in his coaching groups, you’re missing out.

In second place is Debra Schmidt of Help-U-Sell Heritage Real Estate of Steele County Inc. in Owatonna, Minnesota. With 31 sides for the final quarter of 2022, she is making success look easy but we know marketing, diligence, and hard work make the magic happen. 

Mario Ferrante is back in the spotlight in third place with his team from Help-U-Sell Metropolitan in Woodhaven, Michigan. Bringing 19 sides for the last quarter is a great reason to ring in the new year.

On the Gross Sales Volume Report, the stand off between the two kings continues.

Patrick Wood is in first place with the aid of his team at Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California. The fourth quarter ranks high with $14.8 million.

Second place goes to Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties in Hawaii. The last quarter of 2022 closes to the tune of $12.4 million in sales. 

Third place goes to Jack Bailey and the team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina. $10.8 million in sales translates to a lot of closings in Q4 – in their case, 40!

Both the Sides report and Gross Sales Volume Report end with 11 in each of our top spots this round, as some of our offices with smaller teams made substantial efforts with great results. We reflect that and celebrate it here!
