Top Producers for March 2015

Our top producers heated it up in March! They averaged an impressive 13 closed sides each.

1) Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties had 19 transaction sides, consisting of five buyer sides, eight seller sides, and three dual-sided transactions.

2) Chino Hills, Calif.-based Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties finished with a sweet 16 sides: one buyer, 11 seller, and two dual-sided transactions.

3) In a tie for second place, Help-U-Sell Buy Today in Charlotte, N.C., closed three buyer sides, seven seller sides, and one dual-sided transaction for a total of 12.

3) Fellow North Carolina office Help-U-Sell Greensboro also closed a dozen sides, made up of four buyer sides, six seller sides, and one dual-sided transaction.

4) With 11 sides, Help-U-Sell Edmond/OKC, out of Oklahoma City, completed one buyer side, eight seller sides, and one dual-sided transaction.

5) Help-U-Sell Galleria Realty rounds out the list with 10 sides. The Tucson office closed an amazing eight buyer sides and one dual-sided transaction.

Top Producers for February 2015

Patrick Wood is broker/owner of Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties, which closed 18 sides in February.

February may have brought snowfall to much of the United States, but it also brought a windfall to some of our offices in the form of closings. Our top three averaged almost 15 closed sides each.

1) Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, Calif., ended the four-week month with 18 closed sides: one buyer side, 11 seller sides, and three dual-sided transactions.

2) Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties had 15 sides that consisted of six buyers, five sellers, and two dual-sided transactions.

3) Rounding out the top three offices for February, Help-U-Sell Direct Savings Real Estate, in snowy Virginia, completed 11 sides. Three were buyer sides, four were seller sides, and two were dual-sided.

When we decided to host a training event in Honolulu last fall, we expected about 15 to 20 attendees. But several of our mainland offices couldn’t pass up a chance to learn and go on vacation at the same time, so we are enjoying a great turnout for our learning and networking session and having some fun, too!

Some of our top franchisees and their agents are receiving training on leads management, becoming buyer consultants, and best practices on social media, among other topics. We’re also unveiling our new responsive website and other new technology tools.

The year started off with a bang for our top offices, who averaged almost 10 closed sides each.

2) Virginia’s Help-U-Sell Direct Savings Real Estate completed three buyer sides, five seller sides, and one dual-sided transaction for a total of 10 sides.

3)Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties finished in third place for the first month of the year with eight closed sides consisting of one buyer side and seven seller sides.
