There is so much change in a single season, but none probably more dramatic or busy than winter. In less industrialized times, folks spent the fall harvesting and canning in preparation for the colder months ahead, sustaining the day to day activities until the time of growth returned. If one planned poorly, winter was harder to survive, but ideally that made one wiser for the next round.
Real estate cycles, and the committed industry professionals, share similarities to preparation for a long winter. They worked hard to create and sustain growth when it counted. When the outlook predicts a turn for leaner times, they conserve and plan for the future, so there are resources to rely on.
Jack Bailey and his team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina have made a great example of planning and preparation as a regular part of the day’s work. They come in first place for the fourth quarter of 2023 with 26 sides.
Second place belongs to Patrick Wood of Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties, in Chino Hills, California. His office matched first place in the number of seller sides for Q4, but come in six sides fewer for a total of 20.
We get a triple tie for third place!
Jeff Hedberg of Help-U-Sell Real Masters in Port Huron, Michigan, Debra Schmidt of Help-U-Sell Heritage Real Estate of Steele County in Owatonna, Minnesota, and Mario Ferrante from Help-U-Sell Metropolitan in Woodhaven, Michigan. All three offices bring in 15 sides to land third place for Q4.
In fourth place we found Kimberly Zelena and her crew at Help-U-Sell Direct Savings Real Estate in Waynesboro, Virginia. 12 sides for Q4 meant an average of one a week!

In our Gross Sales Volume Report, the dance continues.
Patrick Wood of Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties, in Chino Hills,California is back in first place after coming in second on the sides report. His Q4 total is a very substantial $15 million.
Which means second place is secured by Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties in Hawaii. Richard’s team tallied $12.7 million in sales for the last quarter.
Taking third place is Jack Bailey at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina. Jack and company close the fourth quarter with $6.9 million.
Ryan Joyce from Help-U-Sell Bakersfield Equity Savers in California, joins the fray in a good way: $3.7 million ends the quarter.
