Top Producers 2022 – Year End Extravaganza!

Much ado about 2022! It all comes to a close with our final Top Producers Report for the year. Welcome to the grand finale!

The most familiar face of all of our Top Producers can only be one person. Our favorite flying eagle and Broker/Owner, Jack Bailey of Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina. The super busy office soars to a fabulous finish with 145 sides. No shock – Jack’s team has rocked the number one spot for just about every report. BIG congratulations for a superb job.

In second place with 99 sides is Jeff Hedberg of Help-U-Sell Real Masters in Port Huron, Michigan. Not only is he a Top Producer in our ranks here, he is consistently a top broker in Port Huron’s MLS listings as well.

Behind by just two sides in third place is Kimber Regan of Help-U-Sell The Smart Choice in Hanford, California. With 97 sides for 2022, Kimber and her team have been populating our top ranks all year long and the efforts have paid off.

There were MANY articles and reports throughout the year on the state of the housing market being doom and gloom. Some markets struggled while some simply had houses with a higher average of days on market. At the end of the year, our Top Producers were here and making a difference for many home sellers along the way. That is what you do, and you do it well.

The final Gross Sales Volume Report for 2022 has very few surprises if you have been paying attention throughout the year. After the teeter-totter of “who’s on first” the back and forth ends with a final victor.

First place lands squarely on the shoulders of Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties in Hawaii. Richard’s team ends 2022 with $69.5 million in sales and a vigorous round of applause.

Which can only mean that Patrick Wood is in second place. The team at Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California ended 2022 with $60.5 million in sales is a fantastic year by anyone’s measurement.

Jack Bailey and the team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina seal third place with $41.2 million for the year.

This list takes Gross Sales Volume to 15 Top Producers, because an $11 million dollar year is certainly worthy of applause to celebrate a year end.

December Top Producers 2022

According to Terri Guillemets, “The color of springtime is in the flowers; the color of winter is in the imagination.” It doesn’t take a ton of imagination to see that in the busiest time of the year for people personally, our Top Producers were still making great things happen professionally for home buyers and sellers across the country.

Case in point, Jack Bailey. He and his team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina are number one, racking up twelve sides for the twelfth month. Always looking for new ways to fine tune the plan and make adjustments, Jack is the master of cultivating positive change into positive outcomes.

Patrick Wood and the team at Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California, makes his presence clear in our second spot with nine total sides for December.

In the third spot is Mario Ferrante and his team from Help-U-Sell Metropolitan in Woodhaven, Michigan. With seven sides for the month, that makes even a cold Michigan morning feel a bit warmer.

On the Gross Sales Volume Report we face the big three threats!

Patrick Wood and the team at Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California, veer into the top spot by a slim margin this month. With $7.8 million in sales for December.

Jack Bailey takes second place along with the team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina. Jack and company brought in $3.5 million in sales with perhaps the smallest margin yet between second and third place we’ve seen just happened: just $74,114!

In third place is Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties in Hawaii. Richard’s team cleared $3.3 million for the month.

Top Producers 9 Month Review 2022

The Nine Month Top Producers Report is a combination of a “Preview of Coming Attractions”, the culmination of hard work throughout the year, and a confirmation that your business plans made in the previous December are worth repeating (or adjusting with James in the next Power Hour).

If you have been paying attention throughout 2022, you won’t be surprised to learn that the eagle in the top spot is going to be Jack Bailey. His team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina, is having a GREAT year with 105 sides to prove it.

Jeff Hedberg and his team at Help-U-Sell Real Masters in Port Huron, Michigan are in second place with 88 sides for the Nine Month Report. Jeff is often in the top spot for Brokers in his region, and has made a huge dent in the Michigan market ever since relocating back there from Florida a few years ago.

Just four sides behind in third place is Kimber Regan of Help-U-Sell The Smart Choice in Hanford, California. With 84 sides at the nine month mark, it seems probable she will make 100 sides this year. Certain pockets of California, like Kimber’s, defies what trends are prevalent in other regions.

Speaking of defying market trends, here is Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties in Hawaii in fourth place. Richard’s team landed 65 sides by the end of September.

For this particular edition of the Gross Sales Volume report, we are offering a slightly different view of the data, as a means to provide the ability to spot trends between the quarters amongst our number crunchers.

Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties in Hawaii takes the lead on this report. This was earned over 57 million times because the 9 month total is just over $57 million dollars! A tiny bit of land in a place with a limited quantity of it (and is beautiful and temperate to boot), is likely a good reason Richard’s team stays so busy. Saving home sellers a metric ton is another good one.

Patrick Wood and the team at Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California, steered into second place with $45.6 million in sales for the nine month review.

Staking out a place in third place is Jack Bailey and the team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina. Apparently 107 sides earns a very cool $30.4 million in gross sales volume sales.

Kimber Regan of Help-U-Sell The Smart Choice in Hanford, California, takes fourth place with $29.6 million in sales, which pairs nicely with her 84 sides from her and her team.

We’re taking this report to 14 places, so that we may tip the hat to the smaller offices that are clearly doing things right and making sales happen no matter what interest rates are looking like.

Q3 2022 Top Producers

What’s scarier? Halloween or how fast we arrived at the end of Q3? Well, ladies and gentlemen, we get both! Just in time, too, because you just picked out the last peanut butter cup from the bowl by the front door that was “for the kids”. At least the Top Producers Report won’t make you gain weight.

Someone had a fantastic Q3, and that someone is Jack Bailey. The team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina, showed up in a big way: with 48 sides! That isn’t just winning the brass ring, it’s the factory where they make brass rings. Of the 48 sides, 33 were sellers. The marketing writes itself!

Savviest home seller, Jack Bailey, and the folks that make that office hum at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina, got serious with $12.8 million for the third quarter.

July Top Producers 2022

“Summertime is always the best of what might be, ” said Charles Bowden. That sentiment is quite similar to attending one of the many coaching groups at Help-U-Sell Real Estate. The folks in the Help-U-Sell family are varied: some are brokers running an office very nearly alone, some have a trusted staff carefully built over time.
