Wow! When we were first facing the reality of the pandemic, time felt like it came to a standstill and oftentimes dragged out slowly while we waited with baited breath for “what was next”. By extreme contrast, the last few weeks of 2020 have seemingly whizzed by in the blink! It’s pretty safe to say that we are all incredibly grateful to see this odd and obstacle-laden year come to a close.
We are, of course, very lucky that real estate had suffered only a temporary hit, rather than what we feared in the beginning of this epic change. Since then, what we have witnessed amongst some of our Broker/Owners at Help-U-Sell Real Estate has been nothing short of impressive. For November, we are seeing the fruits of labor from those who have fine-tuned their game to accommodate the changes foisted upon us as a result of covid-19. These numbers make it tough to tell they were even working outside of normal circumstances!
In first place is Jack Bailey and his team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina with 18 sides (an even nine and nine split). Jack’s office runs like a well oiled machine – and being perpetually in the top three on our Top Producers list proves it.
Debra Schmidt takes second place for the second month in a row with the help of her team at Help-U-Sell Heritage Real Estate of Steele County in Owatonna, MN. They closed 14 houses for November, and we suspect this office will make our top ten for the year.
Third place goes to Mario Ferrante and his team at Help-U-Sell Metropolitan in Woodhaven, Michigan. With 12 sides for the month, he remains a top contender for the year.

On our Gross Sales Volume report, Patrick Wood from Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California has sprung into first place after alternating between second and third for much of the year. Patrick’s team closed $7.8M in sales for November.
Jack Bailey swoops into second place with his team from Help-U-Sell Greensboro in Greensboro, North Carolina. While number one for sides, coming in second meant closing nearly $4M is sales.
In third place is Ed and Julie Wright of Help-U-Sell Wright in Aliso Viejo, CA. The subject of a Broker/Owner profile last year, this dynamic husband and wife duo closed November with $3.5M in sales, proving they are stronger together.
November is when we traditionally look around and count our blessings as reasons to be thankful. We rightfully count important things like the health and happiness of loved ones, a stable home and income, and peace within and with others. It’s also a good time to recognize traits that are easy to overlook as blessings: resilience, ingenuity, determination, kindness, honesty, and goodness. Stuff that makes for great real estate professionals, and great people in general. Thanks to all of you for demonstrating those things.
