Q2 2022 Top Producers

With a snap of your fingers, we arrive as if by magic to the end of the second quarter of 2022.

Sweet summer blossoms and splashing at the pool are upon us like we never had a winter chill to begin with. We’ve tallied up the number of fireflies spotted, the number of fireside s’mores enjoyed, and the number of sides our Broker/Owners racked up.

Circling our number one spot for the majority of 2022 thus far is Jack Bailey and his team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina. Totalling 34 sides in three months reminds us of the grasshopper and the ant story, except there are no grasshoppers in Jack’s office for certain.

A big aloha to Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties in Hawaii. Richard’s team cleared 29 sides in the second quarter. The constant productivity made those sides stack up like 50-foot waves on Wahiawa Beach.

Just one side behind in third place is Kimber Regan of Help-U-Sell The Smart Choice in Hanford, California. Kimber’s office are the bees of summer, buzzing around turns leads into closings.

It’s worth mentioning that fourth place is also only one side behind third. Jeff Hedberg and his team at Help-U-Sell Real Masters in Port Huron, Michigan are still crushing 2022 despite reports of slowed sales.

We are taking the Gross Sales Volume report to the top four places also, because $10 million in sales is a metric ton! Who would argue with that logic?

Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties in Hawaii is still number one by a LOT. In fact, first place was cleared by a hurdle of $13,059,240. The Q2 total? A hot $29.7 million.

True to form, we have Patrick Wood and the team at Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California in second place with $16.7 million for the second quarter of 2022.

In third place with a gross sales volume of $10.6 million is Jack Bailey at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina. Another tip of the hat to Jack’s team.

Kimber Regan’s team at Help-U-Sell The Smart Choice in Hanford, California are in fourth place with $10.1 million in sales. Kimber’s office is having a great year!

Fewer buyers due to rising mortgage rates and longer days on the market is the reality in some regions, whereas others are still getting offers higher than asking price due to ongoing inventory shortages. Leading the charge for June, Jack Bailey at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina. With 13 sides for the month, Jack’s team demonstrates an ideal blend of determination, perspiration, and inspiration, too.

Second place brings us a tie between Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties in Hawaii, and Kimber Regan of Help-U-Sell The Smart Choice in Hanford, California. Both offices totalled 11 sides each.

One of the busiest brokers in Michigan, Jeff Hedberg and his team at Help-U-Sell Real Masters in Port Huron, Michigan, rounds out the top three with ten sides for the month of June.

We’re celebrating a “Top 12” this month, as shoestring offices closing an average of one home per week is still a lot of paper to chase. Keeping the t’s crossed and i’s dotted requires plenty of diligence, even as summer beckons with vacations and cookouts.

The Gross Sales Volume Report brings plenty to talk about.

Number one is naturally Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties in Hawaii. Richard’s team pulled off the top spot with $9.3 million in sales for June. Their office is $5 million ahead. It’s amazing how the demand on the island stays constant with these types of numbers.

Patrick Wood and the team at Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California take second place with $4.2 million in sales for our sixth month.

With just a few hundred thousand between second and third place is Jack Bailey at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina. $4 million in the result of those 13 sides!

This report is going to 15 offices for June, because demonstrating this many offices having over $1 million in gross sales volume while there are a metric ton of reports about a slow down, illustrates that many folks are still making it happen regardless of statistics.

May Top Producers 2022

“Act as if what you do makes a difference. It does.” Although written many years ago, author William James could have been talking about the multiple hats worn in a day’s work for our Top Producers. Anyone who has joined our twice-monthly Power Hours over time knows that there is no magic bullet that brings all the home seller leads and attention. It’s more like an arsenal! While certain efforts realize more results in some markets, those smaller efforts also make a difference, too.

Making an enormous difference is none other than Jack Bailey at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina. Jack’s team brought in 12 total sides for the very merry month of May, with an even divide between buyers and sellers. Very merry, indeed!

Jeff Hedberg and his team at Help-U-Sell Real Masters of Port Huron, Michigan, were just two spots behind with ten total sides for the fifth month of the year. Again, with an even split between buyers and sellers. Nature has such balance!

Third place is a tie with seven sides per office! Our first shared applause goes to the recently transferred office, Help-U-Sell SE Rita Ranch Realty in Tucson, Arizona, which is now under the care of our very own John Powell. As predicted in last month’s Gross Sales Volume report, Patrick Wood of Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California, once again takes the lead away from his primary competitor in Hawaii. Patrick locks in first place with $5.3 million in sales for May.

Speaking of Hawaii, here is Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties. May brought $5.2 million in sales for his team. The difference between first and second place this month was only $115, 750. The saga continues.

Third place is our long time coach, John Powell of Help-U-Sell SE Rita Ranch Realty in Tucson, Arizona. He makes a splash into third place with $3.7 million in gross sales. What a comeback!

Jack Bailey at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina is just behind with $3.5 million in sales. The difference between third and fourth place was only $240,348!

Reports of the real estate slow down are everywhere in conjunction with the effects of inflation and higher mortgage rates. There is still high demand in many markets. Coupled with tenacity, smart marketing, and of course, home seller savings, we still have the makings for a summer sizzler.

April 2022 Top Producers

T.S. Elliot wrote long ago, “April is the cruelest month”, but that was not the case for our Broker/Owners helping home sellers take advantage of the market while they still can. Reports have varied by market, of course, but many are witnessing longer times to transition from the MLS listing to closing. Homes are still selling swiftly overall, with some softening of prices in favor of buyers – finally.

Clear front runner for April is the Big Kahuna on Oahu, Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties. Richard’s team closed out the fourth month with 14 total sides, proving that Hawaii remains a blazing hot market regardless of changes to mortgage rates.

Next up is a tie for second place between Patrick Wood of Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California, and Jack Bailey at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina. Both teams brought in nine sides for the month.

Right behind them in third place is Kimber Regan of Help-U-Sell The Smart Choice in Hanford, California, and Jeff Hedberg and his team at Help-U-Sell Real Masters of Port Huron, Michigan. Seven is the lucky number for both offices with a healthy mix of seller and buyer sides to make for a solid month.

Fourth place is another tie between Phil Sims of Help-U-Sell Sims Realty in Addison, Texas, and Debra Schmidt of Help-U-Sell Heritage Real Estate of Steele County Inc. in Owatonna, Minnesota. Five total sides for April means there was always a deal in play, every day.

Considering the 15 slides that made this to spot possible,it’s not a surprise he finishes the month in the number one spot here also.

Patrick Wood and the team at Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California are a lock for second place with $7.1 million in sales for the month of April. We’re certain that places will likely switch out again, come next month.

Third place is Jack Bailey at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina with healthy $3.1 million in sales.

Although there are never ties on the Gross Sales Volume report, there is not a big gap to fourth place, which is occupied by Phil Sims at Phil Sims of Help-U-Sell Sims Realty in Addison, Texas, also making an appearance on both sales reports.

Q1 2022 Top Producers

Leo Tolstoy wrote, “The two most powerful warriors are patience and time.” Three months have already started and ended in 2022 and our Top Producers have been as busy as ever making every home sale count before the market changes. The Top Producers are proving to be the warriors of sales.

In a total upset from previous monthly reports for 2022, Jeff Hedberg and his team at Help-U-Sell Real Masters of Port Huron, Michigan, take first place for the Q1 report with 28 total sides. Keeping his team fine-tuned with training is one of Jeff’s keys to productivity and it shows by being a regular face in these reports ever since he joined the Help-U-Sell family.

Second place is a tie between Jack Bailey and his team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina, and Richard Cricchio’s team at Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties in Oahu. Both eagles finish quarter one of 2022 with 23 sides per team. When you consider that the two offices couldn’t be further apart in miles or housing markets, it’s an impressive neck and neck match up.

In third place is Mario Ferrante of Help-U-Sell Metropolitan in Woodhaven, Michigan. Closing 19 sides for Q1, Mario and his team have a habit of quietly amassing sides throughout the year and almost always ending up in our top three places.

Mike Bowling of Help-U-Sell Mike Bowling in Yuma, Arizona is in fourth place with 18 sides. Mike was at the top of our list for the March report – it’s an easy bet to say we’ll keep seeing more of him in 2022.

The first Gross Sales Volume report for quarter one does have a surprise!

But first, FIRST! Which means we find Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties of Oahu, Hawaii. “The magic of Hawaii comes from the stillness, the sea, the stars, ” closing the first quarter of the year with $17.2 million in sales is magic, too.

We find Patrick Wood of Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California, in second place with $12.2 million in sales for the first quarter. The epic back and forth between these two offices makes for fun, popcorn worthy cliffhangers.

Here is our surprise upset! Third place was won by Adalberto “Tito” Gonzalez of Help-U-Sell South Santa Clara County in Morgan Hill, California. Having made the top three in the February report, he makes the Q1 report with $8.8 million.

We like seeing different faces in the top three and hope to see more soon! This list includes every office that cleared over three million for the quarter, because a million dollar average per month is always worth congratulating.
