Debra Schmidt and her team at Help-U-Sell Heritage Real Estate closed 11 sides and finished second for November.
November is a harvest month for many states, and some of our offices took it upon themselves to reap their own rewards in the form of closed transactions.
1) In first place for the third month in a row, Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties closed 14 sides, broken down into two buyer sides, 10 seller sides, one dual-sided transactions.
2) With 11 closed sides, Help-U-Sell Heritage Real Estate took second place. The Minnesota office achieved one buyer side, four seller sides, and two dual-sided transactions.
3) Tied for third, Utah’s Help-U-Sell Legacy completed nine sides: four buyer and five seller.
3) Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties, in Chino Hills, Calif., closed one buyer side, six seller sides, and one dual-sided transaction.

Marc Dosik's Help-U-Sell Federal City Realty office closed 11 sides in June.
Our top producers outdid themselves in June! Nine offices closed an average of 12.2 closed sides each.
1) North Carolina’s Help-U-Sell Triad Realty took first place with 22 closed sides: eight buyer sides, 12 seller sides and one dual-sided transaction.
2) Also in the Piedmont Triad of North Carolina, Help-U-Sell Greensboro closed five buyer sides, six seller sides and two dual-sided transactions for a total of 15.
3) Help-U-Sell Buy Today, in Charlotte, closed 14 sides made up of four buyer sides, eight seller sides and one dual-sided transaction.
3) Tied for third place, Help-U-Sell Select Real Estate out of Eugene, Ore., had two buyer sides, eight seller sides and two dual-sided transactions.
4) Help-U-Sell Detwiler Realty, in Carlisle, Penn., closed a lucky 13 sides comprised of four buyer sides, seven seller sides and one dual-sided transaction.
5) Located in Chandler, Ariz., Help-U-Sell Central Properties finished the month with 11 closed sides: one buyer side, eight seller sides and one dual-sided transaction.
5) In fifth place also, Washington, D.C.’s Help-U-Sell Federal City Realty helped one buyer, six sellers and closed two dual-sided transactions.
6) Help-U-Sell Galleria Realty, in Tucson, closed 10 sides in June. Three were buyer sides, five were seller sides and one was a dual-sided transaction.
6) Rounding out the top producers, Help-U-Sell Heritage Real Estate also completed 10 sides. The Minnesota-based office closed four buyer sides, four seller sides and one dual-sided transaction.

Jeanne Salter's office, Town & Coastal Properties in Grover Beach, Calif., closed 11 sides in December.
Help-U-Sell Real Estate offices wrapped up 2013 with a big bow…and an average of 11 closed sides each.
1) Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties finished the year with 15 closed sides, four of them buyer sides, nine seller sides, and one dual-sided transaction.
2) Chino Hills’ Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties placed second for the last month of the year. Its 13 closed sides consisted of one buyer, eight seller, and two dual-sided transactions.
3) Help-U-Sell Town & Coastal Properties took third place with eleven closed sides. In addition to a stellar three dual-sided transactions, the office closed one buyer side and four seller sides.
4) Help-U-Sell Heritage Real Estate, out of Owatonna, Minn., had 10 closed sides. Like Town & Coastal Properties, Heritage had three dual-sided transactions. The office’s other sides consisted of one buyer and three sellers.
5) Virginia’s Help-U-Sell Direct Savings Real Estate ended the year with nine closed sides. Two were buyer sides, five were seller sides, and one was a dual-sided transaction.
November was truly a month to give thanks. The month’s top producers closed an impressive average of 11 sides each!

2) Help-U-Sell Detwiler Realty returns to the list with 10 closed sides, five seller, three buyer and one dual-sided transaction.
3) Help-U-Sell Heritage Real Estate also makes a repeat visit. The Minnesota office’s nine closed sides consisted of an almost even split among seller, buyer and dual sides (three seller, two buyer and two dual-sided transactions).
More kudos to our offices that closed on $1 million-plus properties: Honolulu Properties had four, and Help-U-Sell Realty Pro, also located in Hawaii, had one. Congratulations, everyone!
