Speaking of seasoned professionals, look who’s back at the top of the game! Mario Ferrante from Help-U-Sell Metropolitan in Woodhaven, Michigan and his trusty team have reclaimed the top spot for May with 14 sides. There’s big seller savings in there with ten seller sides.

Soaring into second place is Debra Schmidt of Help-U-Sell Heritage Real Estate of Steele County in Owatonna, Minnesota. Taking ten sides total for the month, and an even split of buyers and sellers, we’re guessing there is a happy mix of clients in Minnesota counting their spring savings.

In third place is our busiest coach and eagle, Jack Bailey. Jack and the team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina are making summer deals, and totaling 8 sides for the merry month of May.

On our Gross Sales Volume report, there is one clear star shining at the top by a mile, or by $3.5 million. Whichever is closer!

That shining star is Patrick Wood of Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California. Patrick has taken the number one spot with $6.3 million for May.

Taking second place is Jack Bailey at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina with $2.7 million. Seems like the sun is always shining on the front door of Help-U-Sell Greensboro.

Third place brings us Danny Kettle of Help-U-Sell Legacy in Layton, Utah! He had another $2.5 million month, which is a pretty nice trend to be in front of. Here’s to many more just like it.

March Top Producers 2023

It’s hard to have warm feelings about March in many places across the country. March is often icy, gloomy, and accompanied by some unpredictable weather patterns such as blizzards or snowmageddons. Then again, there are people like our Top Producers, by whose actions we know: they are setting things right in the real estate world against a wintry wrong.

Proving our point, is Mario Ferrante from Help-U-Sell Metropolitan in Woodhaven, Michigan. His team has taken the top spot for March with 11 sides. Nine sides are from sellers seeking savings.

On the Gross Sales Volume Report, all is right with the world once again because our favorite rivalry has flipped positions again.

Patrick Wood of Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California, has resumed the number one spot with a cool $5.9 million for March.

Back in second place is Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties in Hawaii. His team wraps up March with $2.6 million in for the sales month.

February Top Producers 2023

This February, once again, proves the folks on Jack Bailey’s team are doers. Shooting back to the top spot for our second month with 12 sides, the team from Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina are not just taking names – they are selling them houses. On the Gross Sales Volume report, a few interesting changes have transpired.

For the second month in a row, first place goes to Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties in Hawaii. With $2.8 million sales for the month, his year to date total so far is over $12 million. Sounds like Q1 might be looking favorable for our Hawaii team.

Coming in second place is Danny Kettle of Help-U-Sell Legacy in Layton, Utah. With $2.5 million for the month, we’d say that is a promising start.

Jack Bailey and the team from Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina stake the claim to third place by only $35,987 difference. His team finished February with $2.4 million.

January Top Producers 2023

With 2023 upon us, here is our very first Top Producers report to share along with inspiration from Ralph Waldo Emerson: “Write it on your heart that every day is the best day in the year.”

Q4 Top Producers 2022

For the last quarter of 2022, it seemed like much of the world was holding its breath while we waited for the fallout of rising mortgage interest rates and inflation. Those ripples came, making it harder for folks to get into the housing market against so many other competing interests and concerns. Ultimately, people still need to move and when they are ready to sell and buy houses, our experts next door from Help-U-Sell Real Estate have been there.

Who amongst our Broker/Owners has “been there” the most? Jack Bailey. The finely tuned team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina finishes on top for Q4 by racking up 40 total sides. Jack is a man with a business plan! If you’re not in his coaching groups, you’re missing out.
