Top Producers for August 2013

Lona Murphy of Help-U-Sell Select Real Estate, Eugene, Oregon — Help-U-Sell Select Real Estate, owned by Lona Murphy, had 11 closed sides in August.

August’s top offices fought head to head, with two two-way ties and a photo finish for first place.

1) On top with 15 closed sides, Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties assisted four buyers and nine sellers and completed one dual-sided transaction.

2) Help-U-Sell Detwiler Realty, in Carlisle, Penn., had 14 closed sides, consisting of five buyer sides, seven seller sides and one dual-sided transaction.

3) Utah’s Help-U-Sell Legacy tied for third place with 11 closed sides: three buyer sides, six seller sides and one dual-sided transaction.

3) Help-U-Sell Select Real Estate‘s 11 closed sides were two buyer sides, five seller sides and two dual-sided transactions. The office is based out of Eugene, Ore.

4) Help-U-Sell Direct Savings Real Estate closed 10 sides, eight of which were seller sides. The Waynesboro, Va., office had one dual-sided transaction.

4) Rounding out the top offices for August, Help-U-Sell Keystone Realty, located in Chambersburg, Penn., had 10 closed sides made up of three buyer sides and seven seller sides.

Last month, three of our offices closed transactions on properties that sold for more than $1 million. Congratulations to Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties, Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties and Help-U-Sell East Bay.

Top Producers for June 2013

Tiffany Johannes of Help-U-Sell Buy Today — Help-U-Sell Buy Today in Charlotte, N.C., closed 13 sides in June 2013

Our offices had another superb month of closings in June!

1) Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties finished in first with an astonishing 19 closed sides: seven buyer sides, eight seller sides and two dual-sided transactions.

2) Charlotte’s Help-U-Sell Buy Today had six buyer sides and seven seller sides for a total of 13 closed sides.

3) Help-U-Sell Direct Savings Real Estate in Waynesboro, Va., wrapped up the month with 11 closed sides composed of one buyer side, eight seller sides and one dual-sided transaction.

3) Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties, out of Chino Hills, Calif, also had 11 closed sides: one buyer side and 10 seller sides.

4) A newcomer to the top producers list, Help-U-Sell Legacy, located in Layton, Utah, had two buyer sides and eight seller sides in June.

4) Help-U-Sell Triad Realty also had 10 closed sides. The Greensboro, N.C.-based office helped two buyers, six sellers and had one dual-sided transaction.

Top Producers for May 2013

The month of May brought plenty of flowers to our top producers, so much so that we have expanded the list to consist of the top five finishers.

Karen Detwiler, broker/owner of Help-U-Sell Detwiler Realty

1) Help-U-Sell Detwiler Realty in Carlisle, Penn., closed 17 sides, made up of seven buyer sides, eight seller sides and one dual-sided transaction.

2) North Carolina’s Help-U-Sell Greensboro completed May with 15 closed sides: nine buyer and six seller.

2) In a tie for second place, Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties’ 15 closed sides were three buyer and 12 seller sides.

3) Help-U-Sell Federal City Realty had 13 closed sides. The Washington, D.C., office helped seven buyers and six sellers purchase properties last month.

4) Help-U-Sell Direct Savings Real Estate, based in Waynesboro, Va., took fourth place with 12 closed sides. Two were buyer sides, eight were seller sides and one was a dual-sided transaction.

5) Help-U-Sell Hometown Realty, out of York, Penn., rounds out the expanded top producers list with 10 closed sides: two buyer sides, seven seller sides and one dual-sided transaction.

5) Chino Hills, Calif.’s Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties closed six seller sides and two dual-sided transactions.

5) Help-U-Sell Select Real Estate, located in Eugene, Ore., had two buyer sides, four seller sides and two dual-sided transactions.

5) Last but not least, Help-U-Sell Triad Realty assisted four buyers and six sellers complete their real estate transactions in the Greensboro, N.C., market.

Top Producers for April 2013

April showered some of our offices with many closed sides, 38 to be exact!

1) On top again, Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties closed an astounding 17 sides made up of two buyer sides, nine seller sides and three dual-sided transactions.

2) Returning to the top-producers list, Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, Calif., finished April with 11 closed sides. Two were buyer sides and nine were seller sides.

3) Help-U-Sell Detwiler Realty, based in Carlisle, Penn., also had double-digit closing numbers. With an even 10 closed sides, three were buyer sides, five were seller sides and one was a dual-sided transaction.

We’d also like to make a special mention of our fourth-place finisher, Alabama’s Help-U-Sell Quad Cities Realty, for closing four buyer sides and four seller sides last month, with six of the eight sides being part of dual-sided transactions. Way to go, Tracy Jacobs and team! Congratulations to all of our top offices for April!

Top Producers for January 2013

Congratulations to our top-producing offices for January 2013. It was a tight race, with just two closed sides separating first place from third place.

1) Help-U-Sell Hometown Realty, in York, Penn., held the top spot with eight closed sides split evenly between buyers and sellers.
2) Tied for second place, Help-U-Sell Keystone Realty, out of Chambersburg, Penn., finished the month with seven closed sides: three seller sides, two buyer sides and one dual-sided transaction.
2) Chino Hills, Calif.’s Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties also had seven closed sides in January. Five were seller sides and two were buyer sides.
3) Rounding out the top three, Help-U-Sell Federal City Realty closed six sides, a combination of two seller and four buyer transactions.
