January Top Producers 2023

With 2023 upon us, here is our very first Top Producers report to share along with inspiration from Ralph Waldo Emerson: “Write it on your heart that every day is the best day in the year.”

It’s easy to be positive when times are good, but what separates true real estate professionals from the hobbists, the dabblers, and the part-timers are the folks on our Top Producers list. They buckle down and do what they have always done: make themselves known by providing great service and substantial savings to home sellers. (The “if you build it, they will come” approach.) Our Broker/Owners maintain communications with their connections and past clients, and continue to serve as a professional resource for those seeking real estate advice and information. The rest comes naturally.

In the top spot for January with seven sides is Jeff Hedberg of Help-U-Sell Real Masters in Port Huron, Michigan. That’s a great start to any new year!

In second place is Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties in Hawaii. Richard’s team made five sides for January and since Hawaii stays pretty busy, we’re sure this is the first sign of another hectic year for him.

Next is Jack Bailey of Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina. Finally add Mario Ferrante from Help-U-Sell Metropolitan in Woodhaven, Michigan. All four offices share third place place with four sides.

On the Gross Sales Volume Report, we once again begin the year with a familiar face: Richard Criccio.

That’s right! Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties in Hawaii. His team began the New Year with $9.3 million in sales. Excellent news as they vault into first place.

Patrick Wood is in second place. This was achieved to the tune of $4 million, with his team at Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California.

Third place was a million dollar month, or $1.4 million to be more precise, for Help-U-Sell Advance Realty, helmed by Gene and Ruby Manners in W. Covina, California.

Top Producers 2022 – Year End Extravaganza!

Much ado about 2022! It all comes to a close with our final Top Producers Report for the year. Welcome to the grand finale!

The most familiar face of all of our Top Producers can only be one person. Our favorite flying eagle and Broker/Owner, Jack Bailey of Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina. The super busy office soars to a fabulous finish with 145 sides. No shock – Jack’s team has rocked the number one spot for just about every report. BIG congratulations for a superb job.

In second place with 99 sides is Jeff Hedberg of Help-U-Sell Real Masters in Port Huron, Michigan. Not only is he a Top Producer in our ranks here, he is consistently a top broker in Port Huron’s MLS listings as well.

Behind by just two sides in third place is Kimber Regan of Help-U-Sell The Smart Choice in Hanford, California. With 97 sides for 2022, Kimber and her team have been populating our top ranks all year long and the efforts have paid off.

There were MANY articles and reports throughout the year on the state of the housing market being doom and gloom. Some markets struggled while some simply had houses with a higher average of days on market. At the end of the year, our Top Producers were here and making a difference for many home sellers along the way. That is what you do, and you do it well.

The final Gross Sales Volume Report for 2022 has very few surprises if you have been paying attention throughout the year. After the teeter-totter of “who’s on first” the back and forth ends with a final victor.

First place lands squarely on the shoulders of Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties in Hawaii. Richard’s team ends 2022 with $69.5 million in sales and a vigorous round of applause.

Which can only mean that Patrick Wood is in second place. The team at Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California ended 2022 with $60.5 million in sales is a fantastic year by anyone’s measurement.

Jack Bailey and the team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina seal third place with $41.2 million for the year.

This list takes Gross Sales Volume to 15 Top Producers, because an $11 million dollar year is certainly worthy of applause to celebrate a year end.

Q4 Top Producers 2022

For the last quarter of 2022, it seemed like much of the world was holding its breath while we waited for the fallout of rising mortgage interest rates and inflation. Those ripples came, making it harder for folks to get into the housing market against so many other competing interests and concerns. Ultimately, people still need to move and when they are ready to sell and buy houses, our experts next door from Help-U-Sell Real Estate have been there.

Who amongst our Broker/Owners has “been there” the most? Jack Bailey. The finely tuned team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina finishes on top for Q4 by racking up 40 total sides. Jack is a man with a business plan! If you’re not in his coaching groups, you’re missing out.

In second place is Debra Schmidt of Help-U-Sell Heritage Real Estate of Steele County Inc. in Owatonna, Minnesota. With 31 sides for the final quarter of 2022, she is making success look easy but we know marketing, diligence, and hard work make the magic happen.

On the Gross Sales Volume Report, the stand off between the two kings continues.

Patrick Wood is in first place with the aid of his team at Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California. The fourth quarter ranks high with $14.8 million.

Second place goes to Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties in Hawaii. The last quarter of 2022 closes to the tune of $12.4 million in sales.

Third place goes to Jack Bailey and the team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina. $10.8 million in sales translates to a lot of closings in Q4 – in their case, 40!

December Top Producers 2022

According to Terri Guillemets, “The color of springtime is in the flowers; the color of winter is in the imagination.” It doesn’t take a ton of imagination to see that in the busiest time of the year for people personally, our Top Producers were still making great things happen professionally for home buyers and sellers across the country.

Case in point, Jack Bailey. He and his team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina are number one, racking up twelve sides for the twelfth month. Always looking for new ways to fine tune the plan and make adjustments, Jack is the master of cultivating positive change into positive outcomes.

Patrick Wood and the team at Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California, makes his presence clear in our second spot with nine total sides for December.

In the third spot is Mario Ferrante and his team from Help-U-Sell Metropolitan in Woodhaven, Michigan. With seven sides for the month, that makes even a cold Michigan morning feel a bit warmer.

On the Gross Sales Volume Report we face the big three threats!

Patrick Wood and the team at Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California, veer into the top spot by a slim margin this month. With $7.8 million in sales for December.

Jack Bailey takes second place along with the team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina. Jack and company brought in $3.5 million in sales with perhaps the smallest margin yet between second and third place we’ve seen just happened: just $74,114!

In third place is Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties in Hawaii. Richard’s team cleared $3.3 million for the month.

November 2022 Top Producers

When you consider the cooler weather, a school break, and the preparation/celebration of Thanksgiving that vaults instantly into all of the other holidays, it is impressive there is any homeselling and home buying to be done. But we know better! Our Broker/Owners were not deterred – quite the opposite. One wonders if our Top Producers had time to enjoy a bite of pie before rushing off to close another deal.

In the top spot by… a LOT is our favorite eagle, Jack Bailey. His team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina is number one once again, amassing 16 impressive sides, with an even split between buyers and sellers.

Debra Schmidt of Help-U-Sell Heritage Real Estate of Steele County Inc. in Owatonna, Minnesota is in second place for November with nine total sides. No doubt she will be ranking high for our end of year reports with all of her regular appearances here throughout 2022.

Second place goes to Jack Bailey and the team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina this month. With $3,205,300 to call their own, it’s easy to see why Jack’s team is always stacking up high against our other busy offices.
