“The odd uneven time” might be how people are describing the current state of the real estate market. Many buyers are postponing buying a house. Many sellers are deciding to stay put a while longer; This is in conjunction with general concerns about the economy, and with mortgage interest rates specifically. Regardless of mixed news and grayish tidings, that news does not deter our Top Producers from carrying on with their best practices for maintaining constant communication with past sellers and buyers, and creating leads that pay off into sales.

On the Gross Sales Volume report, there is a little of everything.
With 18 sides from the first report, it’s no surprise to see Jack Bailey at the top spot here as well. The busy team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina took a vote and decided they would crush the close of summer with $6.5 millions in sales.
In second place we find Patrick Wood of Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California. His team finished the summer with $3.4 million.
We are back to the islands for third place.
Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties in Hawaii completes the endless summer with $2.9 million.
