What a challenging year for everyone! We’ve been living with the pandemic for a full six months and have witnessed how it is affecting everything from school, shopping, simple gatherings, and so much more. That two business quarters are now behind us means we have a pretty good idea how real estate is being affected: flourishing and very healthy in some regions, where some brokers can’t keep a listing on the market for more than a few days.
Perpetually in our top producers and number one for this report, is Jack Bailey’s team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in Greensboro, North Carolina. They come in first place with 46 sides for the third quarter.
In second place is Mario Ferrante and his team at Help-U-Sell Metropolitan in Woodhaven, Michigan. His office completed 42 sides for the quarter, illustrating the robust market in the chilly northern state.
Speaking of Michigan, just 80 miles north is our third place Broker/Owner for the quarter: Jeffrey Hedberg of Help-U-Sell Real Estate Masters in Port Huron. His office closed 35 sides, and rumor has it he is the second most productive broker in all of Port Huron! Probably time for a new broker profile.
In fourth place is Kimber Regan and the team at Help-U-Sell The Smart Choice with 29 sides. The city of Hanford, California, seems to stay consistently busy for them.

On to our Gross Sales Volume report!
Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties is at the top with over $16M in sales for the third quarter. This averages out to over $5M in sales for each month, and is spectacular.
In second place is Patrick Wood from Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California. Patrick and his busy team closed $11.6M in sales.
It’s not shocking to see Jack Bailey in the third spot here, since his team from Help-U-Sell Greensboro in Greensboro, North Carolina was in the number one spot for sides. Their efforts brought in over $9M in sales.
Special shout out to Help-U-Sell Beachside for making the list for the first time. Broker/Owner Alwin Lee is in Huntington, California. His office closed $6M in sale for the third quarter. We are always thrilled to see new offices emerge and climb the ladder!
