September Top Producers 2021

September brings Labor Day, marks the “official” end of summer, and also includes amusing celebrations such as World Coconut Day, World Rose Day, and World Beard Day. September also signifies families gearing into new school years, and people changing jobs and moving. While the housing market has slowed down in terms of the number of homes for sale, homes that were for sale still closed at a brisk pace. Our Top Producers kept plugging along!

Sealing September in the top spot is our Eagle, Broker/Owner Jack Bailey and his team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina. With 16 for the month, Jack and his team have kept the top spot for most of 2021.

Just three sides back in second place is Mario Ferrante of Help-U-Sell Metropolitan in Woodhaven, Michigan. His 13 sides are a nearly even split between buyers and sellers.

In third place with nine sides is a straight out of San Antonio! Sergio Martinez is the Broker/Owner of Help-U-Sell San Antonio Hill Country in Schertz, Texas. Sergio has previously shared his office is located within a popular grocery store and scores a lot of natural traffic.

In fourth place we have a three-way tie between Debra Schmidt at Help-U-Sell Heritage Real Estate of Steele County in Owatonna, Minnesota, Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties of Oahu, Hawaii, and Patrick Wood from Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California. All offices closed with seven sides.

On the Gross Sales Volume report the battle for the top spot continues to wage between Richard Cricchio and Patrick Wood. Only $334,800 separate the two this month.

In first place is Patrick Wood from Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California ended the month with $5.9 million in sales.

Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties of Oahu, Hawaii, takes second place with $5.6 million in sales.

Taking third place is Jack Bailey and his team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina with $4.7 million.

August Top Producers 2021

As summer rounded to an official close, our Broker/Owners reported that homes were spending a bit more time on the market, extending from a few days to upwards of about ten days before going under contract. That’s still a swift turn around as far as we’re concerned, and it has not impacted the volume achieved by our Top Producers in August.

Our front runner is the best real estate coach on the Eastern seaboard: Jack Bailey, and his team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina. With 18 sides for the month, that is as brisk as glass of southern sweet tea after mowing the lawn at high noon. As always, a job well done for Jack’s team.

Our second Big Kahuna is Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties of Oahu, Hawaii. It’s not just the surf that’s up on the beautiful island, the sides count is, too. He scores a grand total of 14 for August and most of them from savvy sellers looking to save.

Squeaking just behind into third is Matt Kellam at Help-U-Sell Keystone Realty of Chambersburg, PA. Matt is more proof that the Help-U-Sell model is a great choice for smaller, streamlined offices. He ends August with 11 sides.

Debra Schmidt and her team at Help-U-Sell Heritage Real Estate of Steele County in Owatonna, MN, came in right behind with 10 sides and secure fourth place.

Third place goes to Jack Bailey and his team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina with $4.1 million to wrap up summer.

The end of summer usually indicates a slight slowdown of sorts for many of our Broker/Owners as families transition into new jobs or back to school routines. So while September may be temporarily tempered, as one of our Brokers said recently during Power Hour: “All of the closings I handle in November and December result from seeds that were planted in September. This happens every year.”

Top Producers Six Month Report 2021

Six months is a substantial amount of time; When the second quarter of the year has closed, it is an excellent time to take a critical look at the business plan you wrote for 2021 and see how your work stacked up against your results. When you double the numbers you have from June, would you be happy with the outcome in December? If yes, good for you! If no, then perhaps the Power Hour with James Dingman and John Powell could be a source of ideas, inspiration, and guidance on tweaking daily practices for a better outcome.

One of the happiest Broker/Owners we know is, of course, Jack Bailey and his team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina. At the close of June, Jack’s team cleared 87 sides so far. As one of our longest tenured offices, Jack’s business has evolved over time from several different business models. If you find yourself a bit flustered trying to maximize earning potential in your market, there is an excellent chance that he could point you in a helpful direction. The numbers don’t lie!

It’s a wacky world when second place is populated by a three-way tie by three perpetual eagles. It seems historically unprecedented, but in case it’s not, it is certainly cool and celebratory. On the Gross Sale Volume Report, Patrick Wood of Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California snags the 6 month lead away from Richard Cricchio. Patrick’s team finished first with just over $40.1 million in sales.

Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties takes second place with $34.5 million. This is a surprising development considering Richard has been in first place for most of 2021, but cumulative numbers can sneak up on you.

Third place brings us back to Jack Bailey and Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina. Those 87 sides from first place translated into $19.9 million in sales.

The astonishing part about these numbers is if you take just our top three eagles and total the money, you get $94,523,286. A traditional 6% commission on all that would have been $5,671,397. That is a seller savings that literally writes the advertising for you. Use it liberally!

Q2 Top Producers 2021

The second quarter of 2021 entered a time warp and came to a close so quickly, we’re still spinning a little. While there are no shortage of stories about the effects of the pandemic on every aspect of life, real estate remains full steam ahead. As such, our folks have been staying pretty busy throughout Q2.

At the top of our list for the second quarter is Jack Bailey of Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina. Whatever Jack and his teammates are saying during their obviously stellar seller presentations is clearly fine tuned and extraordinarily persuasive, as the seller sides total 31, and the buyer sides total 15, for a grand total of 46.

Second place is a tie between Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties in Hawaii and Mario Ferrante and his team at Help-U-Sell Metropolitan in Woodhaven, Michigan. Both offices totaled 33 sides for the second quarter and have clearly been taking advantage of the still busy real estate market.

Debra Schmidt of Help-U-Sell Heritage Real Estate of Steele County in Owatonna, MN, is in third place.

Her team closed 26 sides for the second quarter, which is continued evidence of having been a strong presence throughout 2021 so far.

Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties is at the top of our Gross Sales Volume list for the second quarter which is hardly shocking since we have seen him at the top of this list for much of 2021. With $21 million in play for just three months, all the news coming from Hawaii about the housing market being fast and furious is not fiction.

Our other alternate top Eagle in this category is almost always Patrick Wood from Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California. In second place with $18.1 million for the second quarter, Patrick’s team is nothing short of persistent and consistent.

We’ve been seeing more and more of Yasumi Davis of Help-U-Sell Golden Homes in Martinez, California. Her office cleared just over $11 million, making the months of April, May, and June one with a happy tune.

This list goes to eleven for Q2 because a quarter with over $5 million in sales achieved definitely seems noteworthy and celebratory. Here’s to the rest of the summer staying on the same track and making room for more earnest and excellent efforts paying off exponentially.

Patrick Wood of Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California once again takes the brass ring on our Gross Sales Volume report. Clocking in with $21.9 million for the quarter, he proves that Californians are always eager to keep equity on their home sales.

Mimicking the March report exactly is Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties. In the first quarter, Richard and his team closed with $13.5 million in sales, illustrating that Honolulu home sellers love saving as much as they love gorgeous weather and rainbows.

Jack Bailey of Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina makes another appearance as the longest tenured Help-U-Sell Real Estate ambassador with $9.3 million for the quarter.

June 2021 Top Producers

June is always the official start of summer, especially in our more northern climates where it takes a bit longer to feel like summer. This Hal Borland quote sums it up nicely: “Summer is a promissory note signed in June, its long days spent and gone before you know it, and due to be repaid next January.”

Our Help-U-Sell Broker/Owners are perpetually in this mode – putting in the “promissory notes of time” on leads, referrals, and past clients today, confident that the good will and effort will pay off down the road with a new listing as positive reputations grow larger with each happy client.

In first place is Mario Ferrante and his team at Help-U-Sell Metropolitan in Woodhaven, Michigan. With 17 total sides for June, it shows equal commitment to both buyers and sellers in a continually competitive Michigan market.

Help-U-Sell Heritage Real Estate of Steele County in Owatonna, MN, helmed by Debra Schmidt and her team, takes second place in this sixth month of 2021. With 16 sides, they have been cranking out closings steadily all year.

For the Gross Sales Volume Report, it seemed fitting to include any office that reached a $2 million dollar mark or greater, in part because that can mean a lot of transactions in some markets, and let’s not forget, $2 million is ultimately a tidy yet substantial sum of money.

Hawaii remains a blazing hot market and Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties keeps showing up to prove it. He hits our top spot for June with just over $8 million in sales.

Patrick Wood from Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California secures second place with nearly $4.5 million for June. California’s perpetual popularity certainly plays a part in the robust numbers from Patrick’s office.
