The weather may be cooling off in some parts of the country, but our offices are heating things up when it comes to closings!

1) Repeating at number one, Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties closed 17 sides, five buyer sides, four seller sides, and four dual-sided transactions.

2) Help-U-Sell Direct Savings Real Estate came in a close second with 16 sides. The Virginia office closed two buyer sides, 10 seller sides, and two dual-sided transactions.

3) North Carolina’s Help-U-Sell Triad Realty captured third place with 14 closed sides: five buyer and nine seller.

4) Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties, in Chino Hills, California, finished fourth with 11 closed sides consisting of two buyer sides and nine seller sides.

5) Help-U-Sell Central Properties, in Chandler, Arizona, closed nine seller sides and one dual-sided transactions for a total of 10.

5) Tied for fifth place, Help-U-Sell Detwiler Realty out of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, completed four buyer sides and six seller sides.

5) Detroit-area Help-U-Sell Metropolitan’s 10 sides consisted of eight buyer sides and two seller sides.

5) Located in Eugene, Oregon, Help-U-Sell Select Real Estate had two buyer sides and eight seller sides.

Kudos also go to three offices that sold properties for more than $1 million in October: Help-U-Sell Conejo Valley, Help-U-Sell South Santa Clara County, and Help-U-Sell Wright Realtors.

Congratulations to Tracy Jacobs and her team at Help-U-Sell Quad Cities for closing 10 sides in August.

Nine of our offices closed at least 10 sides last month, so we have many people to congratulate!

1) Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties is back on top with 19 closed sides: two buyer, 13 seller, and two dual-sided transactions.

2) Help-U-Sell Direct Savings Real Estate, located in Waynesboro, Va., tied for second place with 15 closed sides that consisted of three buyer sides, eight seller sides, and two dual-sided transactions.

2) Oregon’s Help-U-Sell Select Real Estate completed two buyer sides, nine seller sides, and two dual-sided transactions.

3) Out of Charlotte, N.C., Help-U-Sell Buy Today finished just out of the #2 spot with 14 closed sides, four of which were buyer sides and 10 seller sides.

4) Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties had a lucky 13 closed sides. The Chino Hills, Calif., office helped one buyer, 10 sellers, and completed one dual-sided transaction.

5) Help-U-Sell Triad Realty, in North Carolina, closed 11 sides, three buyer and eight seller.

6) Rounding out August’s top producers is a three-way tie of 10 closed sides. Pennsylvania-based Help-U-Sell Detwiler Realty‘s successful transactions were four buyer sides and six seller sides.

6) Help-U-Sell Greensboro assisted six buyers and four sellers last month.

6) Alabama’s Help-U-Sell Quad Cities Realty had an almost symmetrical month with three buyer sides, three seller sides, and two dual-sided transactions.

Great job, everyone! We also want to recognize Help-U-Sell South Santa Clara County for helping two clients sell their homes for more than $1 million.

Broker Focus: Adalberto (Tito) Gonzalez

Adalberto (Tito) Gonzalez is casting his net wider this fall. Already the broker/owner of Help-U-Sell South Santa Clara County in Morgan Hill, Calif., he has a second office opening soon in San Jose.

“Now that buyers are off the fence and buying homes, a second office in the San Jose area makes sense to capitalize on future sales,” Gonzalez says.

Business is booming in his Morgan Hill office. “Homes are trending five to 10 days on the market before going pending,” he says. Any home under $500,000 attracts multiple offers, and many houses under $350,000 receive all-cash offers.

His San Jose office, to be named Help-U-Sell Fine Homes and Estates, will focus on properties in the $500,000 to $2 million range.

Gonzalez sees great opportunity with the new office as a means of broadening the brand’s exposure and getting more leads. His biggest challenges will be setting up the new office and splitting his time between Morgan Hill and San Jose.

For franchisees opening their first offices, Gonzalez offers his wisdom earned from years as a Help-U-Sell broker/owner. “Make sure your clients understand your true value as their broker that goes beyond knowledge and service,” he says. “I like to tell my clients that once all the agents have been interviewed for a listing, take a look at the numbers and see which brokerage is actually giving them true value in the form of cash savings in their pocket.”

He encourages Help-U-Sell brokers and agents to communicate with clients consistently, but not to talk too much. Visibility is also paramount for growing the business. He advertises locally, participates in downtown events and solicits testimonials for online use.
