Q3 Top Producers 2021

The third quarter of 2021 was predicted to have a slow down in terms of the number of houses bought and sold. Those who have been paying close attention can probably guess where this is going.

Perhaps taking a cue from Diana Ross singing, “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough”, is Broker/Owner Jack Bailey and his team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina, climbing ever higher with each passing Top Producers report. With 48 sides just for Q3 alone, there does not seem to be a limit to what they achieve.

Similar to the September report, second place belongs to Mario Ferrante of Help-U-Sell Metropolitan in Woodhaven, Michigan. His team cleared 35 sides for the third quarter.

Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties of Oahu, Hawaii, is in third place with 27 sides, and Patrick Wood from Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California, just behind him with 25 sides in fourth place.

We have a tie in fifth place between Debra Schmidt at Help-U-Sell Heritage Real Estate of Steele County in Owatonna, Minnesota, and Matt Kellam at Help-U-Sell Keystone Realty of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. Both Broker/Owners ended the quarter with 22 sides.

On the Q3 Gross Sales Volume report we see another familiar theme between Richard Cricchio and Patrick Wood.

Patrick Wood from Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California nabs the top spot once again with an impressive $20.5 million in sales.

Meanwhile, Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties of Oahu, Hawaii, takes second place with $18.9 million in sales, only $1.5 million shy of matching for first place.

Considering the number of sides being cranked out by Broker/Owner Jack Bailey and his team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina, it’s not much of a surprise to see him take a ranking spot here. With $12.6 million in sales for Q3, they have earned their place.

We are seeing some new names climbing the ladder and we want to see more of it!

September Top Producers 2021

September brings Labor Day, marks the “official” end of summer, and also includes amusing celebrations such as World Coconut Day, World Rose Day, and World Beard Day. September also signifies families gearing into new school years, and people changing jobs and moving. While the housing market has slowed down in terms of the number of homes for sale, homes that were for sale still closed at a brisk pace. Our Top Producers kept plugging along!

Sealing September in the top spot is our Eagle, Broker/Owner Jack Bailey and his team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina. With 16 for the month, Jack and his team have kept the top spot for most of 2021.

Just three sides back in second place is Mario Ferrante of Help-U-Sell Metropolitan in Woodhaven, Michigan. His 13 sides are a nearly even split between buyers and sellers.

In third place with nine sides is a straight out of San Antonio! Sergio Martinez is the Broker/Owner of Help-U-Sell San Antonio Hill Country in Schertz, Texas. Sergio has previously shared his office is located within a popular grocery store and scores a lot of natural traffic.

In fourth place we have a three-way tie between Debra Schmidt at Help-U-Sell Heritage Real Estate of Steele County in Owatonna, Minnesota, Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties of Oahu, Hawaii, and Patrick Wood from Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California. All offices closed with seven sides.

On the Gross Sales Volume report the battle for the top spot continues to wage between Richard Cricchio and Patrick Wood. Only $334,800 separate the two this month.

In first place is Patrick Wood from Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California ended the month with $5.9 million in sales.

Taking third place is Jack Bailey and his team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina with $4.7 million.

August Top Producers 2021

As summer rounded to an official close, our Broker/Owners reported that homes were spending a bit more time on the market, extending from a few days to upwards of about ten days before going under contract. That’s still a swift turn around as far as we’re concerned, and it has not impacted the volume achieved by our Top Producers in August.

Our front runner is the best real estate coach on the Eastern seaboard: Jack Bailey, and his team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina. With 18 sides for the month, that is as brisk as glass of southern sweet tea after mowing the lawn at high noon. As always, a job well done for Jack’s team.

Our second Big Kahuna is Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties of Oahu, Hawaii. It’s not just the surf that’s up on the beautiful island, the sides count is, too. He scores a grand total of 14 for August and most of them from savvy sellers looking to save.

Squeaking just behind into third is Matt Kellam at Help-U-Sell Keystone Realty of Chambersburg, PA. Matt is more proof that the Help-U-Sell model is a great choice for smaller, streamlined offices. He ends August with 11 sides.

Debra Schmidt and her team at Help-U-Sell Heritage Real Estate of Steele County in Owatonna, MN, came in right behind with 10 sides and secure fourth place.

Once again in first place: Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties. $9.6 million in sales translates to a lot of business and a lot of savings for our favorite island Broker.

Patrick Wood from Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California claims second place with $5.4 million in sales for August.

Third place goes to Jack Bailey and his team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina with $4.1 million to wrap up summer.

The end of summer usually indicates a slight slowdown of sorts for many of our Broker/Owners as families transition into new jobs or back to school routines. So while September may be temporarily tempered, as one of our Brokers said recently during Power Hour: “All of the closings I handle in November and December result from seeds that were planted in September. This happens every year.”

Top Producers July 2021

The July Top Producers Report has home sellers declaring independence from high-priced, traditional real estate commissions and choosing to save thousands of their earned equity by opting for a local expert next door from Help-U-Sell Real Estate instead. As the housing market continues to smolder for sellers, the number of days a listing stays on the market has stretched out a bit longer, giving more buyers a chance to zero in on buying a home after a year plus of breakneck competition and bidding wars.

At the top of this summer swelter is our Eagle-In-Residence, Broker/Owners Jack Bailey and his team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina. Coming in at 14 sides for July, 11 of those sides were from sellers, and that is something cool for clients no matter how hot the savings are.

Second place is a tie between two other very familiar faces. Mario Ferrante of Help-U-Sell Metropolitan in Woodhaven, Michigan, and Patrick Wood of Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California. Both gentlemen scored 12 sides per office and a high five to share.

In third place is Kimberly Zelena and her team at Help-U-Sell Direct Savings Real Estate in Waynesboro, Virginia. With eight sides over a month that begins with a holiday weekend, that’s an average of two closings a week.

Out in the middle of our country lies another tie in fourth place between Lana Erwin at Help-U-Sell Edmond/OKC in Edmond, Oklahoma and Danny Kettle at Help-U-Sell Legacy in Layton, Utah. Both with smaller shops, they closed 7 sides each and prove you don’t need to have a large team to make a big impact.

There are multiple sets of ties for fifth and sixth place. The more the merrier, so please keep it up!

Over here on the Gross Sales Volume Report is a familiar face and then a few surprise ladder climbers.

Naturally, we find Patrick Wood and his team at Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California in the first slot. To say they are usually crushing it is the understatement of the Top Producers report, and they do so in July with just over $9 million in sales.

Our second place surprise comes in the form of Ronny Thompson at Help-U-Sell 951 Realty. While popping up on our list periodically has put them on a “one to watch” list, with $5.9 million in sales for the month we have to take notice!

In third place is Danny Kettle of Help-U-Sell Legacy in Layton, Utah. Danny and his team have been a pretty strong presence throughout the year so far. With $3.9 million in sales for July and a 4th place tie on the sides report, he’s clearing a path to where the Help-U-Sell eagles soar with sales.

Top Producers Six Month Report 2021

Six months is a substantial amount of time; When the second quarter of the year has closed, it is an excellent time to take a critical look at the business plan you wrote for 2021 and see how your work stacked up against your results. When you double the numbers you have from June, would you be happy with the outcome in December? If yes, good for you! If no, then perhaps the Power Hour with James Dingman and John Powell could be a source of ideas, inspiration, and guidance on tweaking daily practices for a better outcome.

One of the happiest Broker/Owners we know is, of course, Jack Bailey and his team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina. At the close of June, Jack’s team cleared 87 sides so far. As one of our longest tenured offices, Jack’s business has evolved over time from several different business models. If you find yourself a bit flustered trying to maximize earning potential in your market, there is an excellent chance that he could point you in a helpful direction. The numbers don’t lie!

It’s a wacky world when second place is populated by a three-way tie by three perpetual eagles. It seems historically unprecedented, but in case it’s not, it is certainly cool and celebratory. We’ve also been seeing a lot of good things this year from Debra Schmidt and her team at Help-U-Sell Real Estate of Steele County in Owatonna, Minnesota. With 47 sides thus far, odds are looking pretty good at being in the top 5 for the year.

On the Gross Sale Volume Report, Patrick Wood of Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California snags the 6 month lead away from Richard Cricchio. Patrick’s team finished first with just over $40.1 million in sales.

Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties takes second place with $34.5 million. This is a surprising development considering Richard has been in first place for most of 2021, but cumulative numbers can sneak up on you.

Third place brings us back to Jack Bailey and Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina. Those 87 sides from first place translated into $19.9 million in sales.

The astonishing part about these numbers is if you take just our top three eagles and total the money, you get $94,523,286. A traditional 6% commission on all that would have been $5,671,397. That is a seller savings that literally writes the advertising for you. Use it liberally!
