May Top Producers 2020

Welcome to the May edition of the Top Producers report. The good news is, a majority of our Broker/Owners on this list averaged at least one or more closings a week.

Overall home sales were down for this month, but it’s tough to compare this “new order” against what a normal spring in real estate looks like. When you consider all that we have gone through, not just as business owners, but as individuals, as a country, as community members, and as friends and family together (but separate), any signs of progress no matter how hard won, is still progress, and thus something worth celebrating.

So we shall.

As such, we welcome for the very first time to the top of our list, Mike Bowling from Help-U-Sell Mike Bowling, in Yuma, Arizona. Mike’s team locked down six buyers and two sellers for May. Considering the obstacles necessary to abide by social distancing protocols, a total of eight sides is everything to be happy about.

Second place is a three-way tie between our “Perpetual Eagles”: Jack Bailey of Help-U-Sell Greensboro in Greensboro, North Carolina, Richard Criccio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties in Oahu, Hawaii, and Patrick Wood of Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California. All neck and neck (and neck) with a total of six sides apiece.

Another tie claims third place in the great state of Pennsylvania: Matt Kellam of Help-U-Sell Keystone Realty in Chambersburg, and Karen Detweiler of Help-U-Sell Detwiler Realty in Carlisle. Whomever is closer to Hershey Park, please send down some fresh chocolate, please.

In the Gross Sales Volume report, we have at the top none other than Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties. Closing out May with $4.6 million in home sales means a lot of people saved a lot of money. Cheers to Richard and his team.

Next up, Patrick Wood from Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California. Patrick and his team come in second place for the month of May with $3.3 million in sales.

Third place is our man from the number one spot in our Sides report: Mike Bowling of Help-U-Sell Mike Bowling in Yuma, Arizona. It likely won’t be long before Mike is at the top of both reports, as he has had a super speedy trajectory since joining the Help-U-Sell family in January of last year.

We had no fewer than seven offices bring in over one million in gross sales. We continue to toast your efforts, cheer on your hard work, and celebrate every win. Here’s to a productive summer for everyone.

April 2020 Top Producers

Welcome to the April edition of our Top Producers report. We hope that this message finds you and your loved ones healthy throughout the quarantine.

With many of the states slowly easing up on the restrictions, we are pleasantly surprised to see the numbers posted in light of the lockdowns. We have shared several articles on the naturally downward numbers of spring home sales, and it’s nice to see that the alternative methods put in place did not create much negative impact on the numbers our Broker/Owners were able to achieve.

In our top spot with an impressive 14 sides for the month, is Patrick Wood and his team at Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties, from Chino Hills, CA. Patrick’s team had an incredibly productive month with nine home sales and five buyers on the board. Clients were clearly able to adapt.

In second place from Yuma, AZ, is Mike Bowling, and his team at Help-U-Sell Mike Bowling. Also having a very strong month with ten sales, Mike’s team had eight buyer sides and two seller sides. With Mike’s extensive background in real estate marketing, he has been a regular staple on this report since he joined us in January of last year.

Third place is a tie, of course. Jack Bailey and his team from Help-U-Sell Greensboro, in Greensboro, NC and Debra Schmidt and her team at Help-U-Sell Heritage Real Estate in Owatonna MN, both had seven for April, with precisely five sellers and two buyers each.

The top ten list once again gets extended to 11, because of another tie. Kimber Regan of Help-U-Sell The Smart Choice, Karen Detwiler of Help-U-Sell Detwiler Realty, and Maria Powell from Help-U-Sell Galleria Realty all closed the month of April with four sides.

Here on our Gross Sales Volume report, naturally we find Patrick Wood of Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties taking the lead with $7.5 million in sales. When one also has a month that included 14 transactions, it’s not surprising to be first place here also. A huge virtual high five to Patrick’s team.

In second place is perpetual eagle, Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties, closing the month at $4.1 million.

Third place brings a new face! Melissa Chan, Broker/Owner of Help-U-Sell Alpha Paladins Realty. Located in San Jose, California, her office cleared $3.7 million for April, and she nearly made our side’s list also! We are definitely hoping to see more of her here over the summer.

Lastly, it’s worth mentioning the fun fact that six of the offices that made our Sides list also showed up on our Gross Sales Volume list – which is twice the cause for celebration. Cheers, everyone! Top Producers Q4 2019

The 2019 fourth quarter report for our Top Producers list shows that small daily efforts have substantial cumulative results. In this edition, the familiar eagles are soaring high and newer established offices are also climbing the ladder and making a place for themselves and creating big impact.

Mario Ferrante and the team at Help-U-Sell Metropolitan, in Woodhaven, Michigan takes first place with 40 sides for the quarter. Way to go!

A very close second place is landed by Jack Bailey of Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina, with 37 total sides.

Third place is secured by our favorite friend in Pennsylvania, Karen Detwiler of Help-U-Sell Detwiler Realty in Carlisle. Karen’s team cranked out 30 sides.

Special shout-out to two offices that have joined the Help-U-Sell family last year: Mike Bowling at Help-U-Sell Mike Bowling in Yuma, AZ and Jeff Hedberg at Help-U-Sell Real Estate Masters in Port Huron, MI, with 21 and 20 sides, respectively.

In the Gross Sales Volume report, Patrick Wood and the team at Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California, soar to the top with a staggering $15.8 million in sales for the fourth quarter.

Not too far behind is Richard Criccio, of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties. His team closed out the quarter with $14.3 million in sales.

Top Producers for September 2016

Steve Vincent of Help-U-Sell Triad Realty in Greensboro, N.C. — North Carolina office Help-U-Sell Triad Realty finished September with 20 closed sides. Steve Vincent is the office’s broker/owner.

From coast to coast, our offices had a banner month in September.

1) Way out front, Help-U-Sell Triad Realty closed four buyer sides, 12 seller sides, and two dual-sided transactions for a total of 20.

2) Taking second place, Help-U-Sell Edmond/OKC completed 14 closed sides: one buyer side, seven seller sides, and three dual-sided transactions.

3) In a tie for third place, North Carolina’s Help-U-Sell Greensboro had a dozen closed sides, consisting of four buyer sides, six seller sides, and one dual-sided transaction.

3) Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties, located in Chino Hills, Calif., helped one buyer and 11 sellers.

4) Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties held fourth place with 11 closed sides, which were comprised of four buyer sides, five seller sides, and one dual-sided transaction.

5) Minnesota-based Help-U-Sell Heritage Real Estate was part of a three-way tie for fifth place. Their 10 sides were evenly split between buyers and sellers (at four each), along with one dual-sided transaction.

5) Help-U-Sell Jeff Braun Realty, out of Wisconsin, worked with six buyers and four sellers in September.

5) Last but not least, Utah office Help-U-Sell Legacy closed four buyer sides, four seller sides, and one dual-sided transaction.

Congratulations to everyone! We also want to add kudos for Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties. They helped a client sell a property for more than $1 million.

Top Producers for August 2016

Jeff Braun of Help-U-Sell Jeff Braun Realty — Jeff Braun and his team at Help-U-Sell Jeff Braun Realty closed 10 sides in August.

In August, the South was hot! Three of the month’s top offices reside below the Mason-Dixon line, and a few in other parts of the country had sizzling success.

1) Virginia’s Help-U-Sell Direct Savings Real Estate completed 15 sides: one buyer side, six seller sides, and an amazing four dual-sided transactions.

1) In neighboring North Carolina, Help-U-Sell Triad Realty tied for the top spot with four buyer sides and 11 seller sides.

2) Also in North Carolina, Help-U-Sell Greensboro did 13 sides consisting of six buyers, five sellers, and one dual-sided transaction.

2) Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties, breaks the South’s dominance with 13 sides. The Hawaii office helped four buyers and nine sellers.

3) Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties, in Chino Hills, Calif., landed in third place with 12 closed sides. Four buyer sides, six seller sides, and one dual-sided transaction made up the office’s tally.

4) Wisconsin-based Help-U-Sell Jeff Braun Realty‘s 10 sides were four buyers, two sellers, and two dual-sided transactions.

We also want to extend an honorable mention to Help-U-Sell Westside Realty, in the Los Angeles area, which helped a client sell a $3.1 million property.
