Top Producers Q1 2021

The first quarter of 2021 sped by in a flash when compared to the slow and apprehension-filled lag we were experiencing at this same time last year. While 2020 was an exciting year for real estate, and virtually very few other industries, it is wonderful to see life returning to some semblance of normal now that everyone is closer to being broadly vaccinated and businesses are opening up and getting busy again.

As ever, Jack Bailey of Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina, illustrates why he is a favored coach, occasional Power Hour guest star, community teacher to vanquish debt, AND an incredibly busy Broker/Owner. Parked in the number one spot for quarter one with a substantial lead, Jack’s group managed to turn in 41 sides.

Patrick Wood of Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California, was number one for our March Top Producers report and that busy month boosted him and his team to second place for the first quarter of 2021 with a total of 29 sides.

Missing a tie by just one side is our other ultra-busy bee in Port Huron, Michigan: Jeff Hedberg of Help-U-Sell Real Estate Masters. Closing the quarter with 28 sides, we bet we will be seeing him in the top three for most of the year if this momentum keeps pace.

For those who are as tickled by ties as I am, this is the first time in a really long time there has not been one.

Patrick Wood of Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California, once again takes the brass ring on our Gross Sales Volume report. Clocking in with $21.9 million for the quarter, he proves that Californians are always eager to keep equity on their home sales.

Mimicking the March report exactly is Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties. In the first quarter, Richard and his team closed with $13.5 million in sales, illustrating that Honolulu home sellers love saving as much as they love gorgeous weather.

Jack Bailey of Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina makes another appearance as the longest tenured Help-U-Sell Real Estate ambassador with $9.3 million for the quarter.

It’s worth noting Yasumi Davis did exceptionally well for the quarter as well as for March with $6.4 million in sales. Her small but incredibly mighty office is Help-U-Sell Golden Homes in Martinez, California.

March 2021 Top Producers

For real estate, March came in like a lion and …. left like a lion. There are no lambs yet to slow down the roll of anxious home buyers looking to escape the heavily populated areas for the more wide-open rural areas surrounding our bustling cities. Brokers continue to see houses disappear just as fast as they can list them, and inventory is remaining at a scarce premium.

In first place is Patrick Wood of Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California. His team crushed the month with 14 sides. With 12 of those coming from sellers, it’s easy to see why California buyers would be eager to save on those big 6% traditional commissions. Patrick’s team wins this spot about every 3 months. It pairs well with being number one on the Gross Sales Volume report.

Close behind is Jack Bailey of Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina, and Mike Bowling of Help-U-Sell Mike Bowling in Yuma, Arizona. While we are used to seeing Jack as a fixture in our Top Producer reports, Mike has been a consistent face since joining the Help-U-Sell family nearly 2 years ago. Both Broker/Owners finish the third month with 13 “lucky” sides a piece.

Third place has been secured by Jeff Hedberg of Help-U-Sell Real Estate Masters in Port Huron, Michigan. With 11 sides for the month, this is how he has also stayed amongst the top performing brokers in his MLS region.

As hinted at above, Patrick Wood of Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California takes the top spot on our Gross Sales Volume report with $11.5 million in sales. March was a banner month in Chino Hills for home seller savings, AND crushing sales reports.

Bringing all of the aloha he can muster into second place is Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties. His team has closed with $6.3 million in sales for the month of March. Seems like Honolulu never slows down when it comes to home sales.

It is always a pleasure to see Yasumi Davis of Help-U-Sell Golden Homes in Martinez, California making her presence known on the Gross Sales Volume list. She is one of our perpetual “proofs” that smaller offices can still make big things happen in four short weeks with $4.2 million in sales.

February Top Producers 2021

February went by quickly didn’t it? Seems like life is speeding up a bit as more folks get vaccinated against the covid-19 virus. Ultimately with a little patience and graciousness, we’re walking into the new chapter of life more hopeful than we did at this time last year. That’s good! Our Top Producers are still grappling with a shortage of properties to list and sell, but the upside is: houses continue to sell blazing fast. By continuing to make earnest efforts, our best continue to work hard and show up here.

Case in point: Jack Bailey Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina. His team’s efforts nabbed the top spot with 16 total sides, with 10 of those coming from sellers. In a short month like February, four a week is great in our book.

Mario Ferrante of Help-U-Sell Metropolitan in Woodhaven, Michigan, takes second place with eight total sides. Life has such balance, both the sellers and buyers were perfectly equal.

Third place is a 3-way tie between Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties in Hawaii, Patrick Wood of Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California, and Jeff Hedberg with Help-U-Sell Real Estate Masters in Port Huron, Michigan. All three of these gentlemen and their teams are regular faces in our top producers list, and each have closed February with seven sides for the month.

Fourth place is a tie between Mike Bowling at Help-U-Sell Mike Bowling in Yuma, Arizona, and Lona Lassen Murphy at Help-U-Sell Select Real Estate in Eugene, Oregon, both with 5 sides each.

Of course, fifth place is tied up with four ties too. No complaints! We march towards March!

On to our Gross Sales Volume report, once again we find Patrick Wood at Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties taking the top spot with $5.8 million in sales for the month of February. What else can we say? Patrick is always crushing this metric.

Naturally, the primary competitor and often alternate first place Top Producer is of course Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties in Hawaii. Richard’s team completed the month with $5.2 million in sales.

Our number one gentleman from the Sides Report, Jack Bailey, of Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina, secures third place with the help of his trusty team and a total sales volume of $3.4 million dollars.

January 2021 Top Producers

Happy 2021, everyone! Welcome to the first Top Producers list of the year. After what was likely one of the most harrowing years in recent memory, we find ourselves front and center of brand new possibilities. We know the market is still searing hot in many of our Help-U-Sell Real Estate locations. With the mortgage forbearance legislation extended through the end of June of this year (so far), we may not see a large influx of properties for sale unless something else changes. So home sellers are still enjoying a robust and competitive market when they do sell. That’s where you all come in!

We start with a gentleman who topped our list for much of 2020. Jack Bailey and his team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina, made a great post-holiday leap with 12 sides for January. A year that starts off with four closings a week can only be a sign of more good things.

Just one side behind in second place with 11 for January is Jeff Hedberg of Help-U-Sell Real Estate Masters in Port Huron, Michigan. Jeff is regularly the most prolific broker in his region of Michigan, often appearing in the top spots of the MLS. Jeff stays busy!

Third place is a tie between Debra Schmidt of Help-U-Sell Heritage Real Estate in Owatonna, Minnesota, and Patrick Wood of Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California. Both of these hard working Broker/Owners closed eight for January.

Fourth place is a three-way tie between Yasumi Davis of Help-U-Sell Golden Homes in Martinez, California, Mario Ferrante at Help-U-Sell Metropolitan in Woodhaven, Michigan, and Lona Murphy at Help-U-Sell Select in Eugene, Oregon. All three offices closed with five sides.

We had six brokers close four sides for the month, so our list goes to 13 for January. We shall consider this to be a good omen to replace any triskaidekaphobia surrounding the number 13.

In second place is our number guy from sides for January: Jack Bailey of Help-U-Sell Greensboro. 12 sides created $2.9 million in sales for the month.

Third place shines bright not just with $2.3 million in gross sales volume, but the smiles of Michelle Morgan and her team at Help-U-Sell Real Estate Specialists in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. We are thrilled to welcome a new face into the top three this month!

2020 Top Producers Year End Report

When you study enough Top Producer reports over the course of a year, you are reasonably confident exactly who will end up at the top of this list. The surprise comes in when the thing that inexplicably delights you the most – TIES – happens at the very top of our final Top Producer list for 2020.

Without further ado, we present: Jack Bailey and Mario Ferrante with 129 sides for the year. Legally, we can’t have a top three without these two (We’re kidding, of course).

Jack Bailey and his team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro, located in North Carolina, is our example of a well-oiled machine, fine tuned to perfection only when adjustments are needed. His process is so well rehearsed, not only do things turn out how he planned, Jack helps other owners achieve great results, too.

Mario Ferrante of Help-U-Sell Metropolitan in Woodhaven, Michigan, makes things perfectly even with 129 sides for the year also. In 2019, Mario and Jack were neck and neck all year long with Mario’s team pushing ahead in the final moments and 2020 looked very similar throughout. Somewhere between these two gentlemen is likely the secret to all residential real estate.

Debra Schmidt of Help-U-Sell Heritage Real Estate in Owatonna, Minnesota, almost made first place a three-way tie, but comes in second place with a still tremendous 126 sides. Debra and her team appear regularly in our top ten. What comes to mind when thinking about her is: consistency has its rewards and benefits.

Third place is one more tie between Jeff Hedberg of Help-U-Sell Real Estate Masters in Port Huron, Michigan, and Patrick Wood of Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California. Both of these gentlemen and their respective teams have cleared 115 sides for the 2020 year.

Because celebration is completely discretionary but highly encouraged, the numbers on this list “go all the way to 12” on this particular occasion (with apologies to Spinal Tap). With folks like Matt Kellam of Help-U-Sell Keystone Realty, closing 64 sides in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, and Danny Kettle of Help-U-Sell Legacy with 61 sides in Layton, Utah, it is worth noting that any franchise office that is closing more than one house per week during a tumultuous time filled with uncertainty is worth making joyful noise over.

Naturally, on our Gross Sales Volume report, we find Patrick Wood in the number one spot. For 2020’s final report, Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties handled $74.2 million in gross sales. Their hard work means they are one of our very familiar faces, and one we’re always happy to see.

First and second place on the Gross Sales Volume report is usually an alternating contest between Patrick Wood and Richard Criccio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties in Hawaii. Richard’s team brought in $63.9 million for 2020. We’re thinking a Ti Leaf lei to celebrate prosperity would be an appropriate choice to show admiration.

Jack Bailey and his team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro, North Carolina take third place here with $26.1 million.

In a time when it was easy to be disheartened by bizarre circumstances coloring our lives, affecting our businesses, separating us from people that we care about, impacting the businesses we patronize like restaurants and grocery stores, no one would be blamed for forgetting that it was still incumbent upon us to make things happen for clients.
