There is a presumption that real estate sales slow down in winter months, in part due to the colder weather and the busyness of the impending holiday season. Our Top Producers list for November is populated by folks who beg to differ!
Karen Detwiler of Help-U-Sell Detwiler Realty in Carlisle, PA, once again surges to first place with a fantastic 16 sides, ten of them coming from sellers. Tip of the hat for Karen and her team for a job well done.
In a very close second place is Mario Ferrante and the team at Help-U-Sell Metropolitan, in Woodhaven, Michigan. We have seen a lot of Mario and company this year, and he reminds us why with 15 sides for the month.
A regular fixture on our Gross Sales Volume list is Patrick Wood of Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California. His team will pull double duty with 8 sides closed in November and show up on our other list, too!
As usual, we are blessed with two sets of ties.
In fourth and fifth place is Jack Bailey of Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina, and Richard Criccio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties – both with 7 sides.
Additionally, the five-way tie with 5 sides for everyone in places 6 through 11 makes me think this should be a lucky lotto number for someone; but the truth is, there is no luck here. Just evidence of hard work.
