After nine months we find ourselves here with the most telltale evidence of the successes of the year so far, and a pretty reliable outlook on how the year will finish come the close of December. Nine months already! Maybe because we’re not cooped up the way we once were, time is now whizzing by like a race car intent on making up for slowness the pandemic put upon us. Nevertheless, we have some measures of success.
Anyone paying attention will not be shocked to see Jack Bailey at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina at number one. 99 total sides! There are still three months to go! What will Jack and the team do? Sell a metric ton more houses.
In second place is Mario Ferrante from Help-U-Sell Metropolitan in Woodhaven, Michigan. Nine months of hard work from Mario and the team have resulted in 69 sides.
Behind by just one side in third place is Jeff Hedberg of Help-U-Sell Real Masters in Port Huron, Michigan. 68 sides are on the books, and the odds seem high he will get over 100 before the year is though.
Burning question: Between Mario and Jeff’s big presence with sides – what is making Michigan such a hotbed of home sales? Inquiring minds!

The ever busy Patrick Wood of Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California returns to first place with $37.6 million to show for nine months of hard work. Congratulations to Patrick and the team.
This can only mean that Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties in Hawaii is doing the switcheroo into second place with $31.8 million. A substantial amount for quarters one through three!
In third place is the ever-busy Jack Bailey and his team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina. $29 million in sales makes North Carolina also look like there is a home selling party and everyone was invited.
This is a tricky time of year. There is still work to be done to make the rest of the year count. At the same time, those of us who are busy minded bees are casting an eye to 2024 and wondering how we can make the new year even more successful and grand.
