With Q3 in the books in what can only be described as a very strange year, the Top Producers of Help-U-Sell Real Estate continue to do things that are not so strange.
Our Broker/Owners still call on previous clients and do “pop-bys”. They get referrals. They send postcards to neighboring homeowners. They send emails and texts letting folks know of when a new house has hit the market. They post pictures and videos on social media. They stay involved and informed. More importantly, they broadcast that information to where it needs to go.
The results are cumulative, in good economies and rough interest rates. The results are that people always need to buy and sell homes, and they keep our Top Producers in mind when that time comes, because it always does.

Taking a gander at the Gross Sales Volume Report, the third quarter brings some usual suspects in unusual places.
Number one for the Sides report and here, is Jack Bailey at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina! $12.6 million is a lot of North Carolina real estate, which is part of what makes this so impressive.
Strolling in to second place is Patrick Wood of Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California. Q3 finds Patrick and company with $7.9 million reasons to be happy.
Taking third with $7.4 million is Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties in Hawaii. The island is always hot for home sales.
